I can live with the both color uniforms but the socks n shoes need to be spiced up big time.

We need a black shoe version w aqua color like the Jags n Vikings.
Maybe all white socks for the all white uniform with black shoes....

 

BTW - There is no freaking way w have black in our uniforms... that would b an extremely poor design.
The dark color in the strips everywhere is the dark blue... PERIOD!!!

the helmet has the same stripe pattern; aqua, dark blue, and a thin orange.... it's just hard to see because of the lighting.

 

Folks, were not seeing the Uni in its true form, the outline has dark, orange and aqua, which matches the stripe down the sideline, that's pretty cool.

 

It's not black. Just take a look at KillerBees' avatar. That navy blue on the previous design LOOKS black but we all know it's not. It's not so bad but WHY have sleeve logos if they're going TO BE THAT SMALL?! Should have used stripes instead. How about those Jags....OOF. Socks and pants should never be same color.

 

I believe it will also match the helmet stripe.

 

I also really like the thin outline on the numbers, looks really clean.

 

I know I've said it before but I simply don't understand the need for 2 logos on each side of the player within a foot and a half of each other. One on each side of the helmet is plenty for all to see. Why not stripe the shoulders to accent the entire uniform rather than cluttering it with extra logos?

 

if it does then I am really happy. Also LOVE the aqua color! New colors really pop! Also I guess we can put the navy to rest based on the pants

 

Yeah I think their is a skinny orange outline on the helmet, just like the pants and the numbers. Looks tightttttt

 

also look at the full uni, it would make no sense to have black. Dosn't match. No black anywhere else either. I do think helmet stripe is the blue!

 

Being underwhelmed means he wanted extravagance ? sounds like he thought more could be done to make them better, which I agree with.

 

Exactly, but the reason for this is simple...they are more concerned with the marketing of the jersey where it doesn't face that redundancy.

 

If they did that these uniforms would be the sickest in the league, in my unbiased opinion of course

 

They can change it for the jersey's sold to the public.

 

The second leaked picture gives you a better idea of the uniforms under normal lighting conditions. The outlines on the jerseys look blue with orange highlights, and I'm seeing orange on the helmet as well. I don't think it's black, and I don't think the helmet and pants are mismatched.

Clean and simple - that's what they went for here. I can't complain, especially since I think the Jags set is horrendous.

 

No aqua pants as an option is disappointing.

Wish there was more orange.

Wish that the font used for "Dolphins" was the nice cursive one from before.

Wish there were stripes along the sleeves.

Pretty uninspiring jerseys, but nice helmets.

 

The Uniforms will not have a "M" or "Miami" anywhere.

The exact opposite of what a lot of polls of fans has given the local franchises.

 

[FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]They suck. Nowhere near enough orange, you'll barely see that thin line of it on the helmet and pants. It looks like navy is our second color, which it's not. The font used for the 'Dolphins' looks like some boring company header. The identical logo on the arms is redundant and looks pretty stupid - does any team have double logos helmet-arm like that? Aside from the helmet, I don't like them at all.[/FONT]

I personally didn't particularly like the previous miami dolphins font. I don't know if I like this one either, have to see what it looks like not on the jersey.

 

I hated these. I'm glad that they DIAF.

I suspect that they are going to use the orange as highlight color behind the stripes on the helmet, numbers, and pants stripe. My guess is that they wanted it to add "warmth" like the element was behind the sun, since orange is only found in the ring of sun in the logo. That's just my first guess though, based on these somewhat fuzzy pictures.

 

I don't like it either, but I would say the majority of the teams in the league do have that.

I may have been accidentally misleading. I was saying "It's black" with reference to people saying "Oh its gotta be blue, right?" Not "Its black" with regards to "thats the only color of the outline"

 

I don't think you can tell from these pictures.

 

This one just looks so generic to me, that's all.

I like the blue. But this definitely needs more orange. Just too plain Jane.

 

I would agree with you on this. Just wish the orange stood out a bit more. it's one of the team's primary colors!

 

I may be thinking Miami is the best of the three because the vikings numbering is terrible

 

i think with simple things like color of shoes n sock the uniforms can look way better!!

 

I can actually see it in the photo. I thought I was the only one since nobody mentioned it.

EDIT: But I'm not 100% sure. I can see glimpses of it, that's all.
