Thought I'd share, if the kid is serious about his weight training this offseason he has a chance.. Hungry looking.on the field and off..
Mmmmmmmmmm......pancakes. I would say we need to come up with an LT stat. Doesn't this kid project as a guard? Anybody would probably be a step up over JJ right now. I'm on my phone right now. Will watch the videos when I can, and thanks for posting them DJ.
He's all guard..built like a bowling bowl, but something about his hunger, strength, and speed that has me interested to keep a close eye on this offseason and in training camp. There is some highlight stuff, combine drills, weight training stuff, it's interesting..
No, Samuda was the guy. They shaved his eyebrows off and shaved his hair into a well, you know. Chas Alexcih was the one at Super Cuts. On the field, I think he's a good guy to have. He's traditionally a guard, but when Pouncey went out for a series against Indianapolis, Samuda filled in there. He also played C in all of the preseason games, so he's got some versatility on the interior. Probably needed a season to get used to the NFL-level of competition having come from UMass.
We often forget about the talent to develop during free agency. Gray, Yeatman, Matthews, Kaddu, Kheeston, etc. al. are all guys that could contribute even more. Forgot Shelby as well. A lot of buzz on the kid from Arkansas St., McCray at safety.
Really the only area you could say seems to be a little void of talent to develop might be at corner.
