    wow
Guess he could be a good get at the right price. Not sure I'd enjoy us using a 3rd or higher on Tanny's backup though.

    What say you?

Why? Devlin looked pretty good I'd rather draft a project guy in the later rounds.

Draft Nassib at 42 and move Tannehill to WR. :)

He'll go by the second round, if not the first.

But, ff Nassib made it to 3b, may be a consideration, no?

You cant take him in the second, it creates too many questions about whether to pull Tanehill if he struggles through any long stretches later. I think you want a guy who is more developmental, not breathing down Tannehill's neck by 2014.... unless Tannehill doesn't progress.

I don't see this happening anymore since we resigned MM.

I guess it's good to be prudent. And I would assume that they probably scheduled this at a point in time when they figured Matt Moore would not be coming back. I've not seen him play other than there game at UC last fall, so I can't comment on whether or not he's a legitimate early round prospect. If he were in the mid-rounds, and Miami hadn't re-signed Moore, then I think he'd enter a conversation at the very least.

Could be just for the fact that the Bills and Jets are highly interested in him. Bring him in and figure out his weaknesses if he ends up in the division.

I wish Trufant would last til 2 b for us...That guy is good, first round talent all day imo...your mock I love and hate lol

But man if I could get Jordan, Trufant and the Badger, I wouldn't know what to do with myself..

I would actually go much more conservative on the offensive side of the ball if I could secure those defensive pays, Patterson and Wilson makes it very risky..but love love your defensive payers, but like I said, no chance imo Trufant lasts.

Most analysts have him top 5. I guess it depends on how fast the QBs fall. EJ Manuel moving up, knocked Nassib down. I'd say right now the latest we could get him would be our 2b pick.

I'm assuming you mean top 5 QB prospects, right?

Yes. most rankings have Smith, Barkley, Manuel, Glennon and sometimes Wilson ahead of him. From what I've seen anyway.

SCOUT : So this is one of the more talented QBs coming out this year?

    OTHER SCOUT : Yeah.

SCOUT (dialing up his cell phone) : Yeah, Jeff, resign Matt Moore, NOW.

wouldn't mind a QB in the draft, but since we resigned Matt Moore, i just don't see the need, ron wolf would probably say otherwise though

With Devlin renewed they may just keep the same 3 qbs on the roster like last year and add a late round or UFA qb to the practice squad.

Can't really argue with them at least taking a look at some other Qbs in this draft, I thought Devlin was our developmental guy but if a guy like Nassib falls to the later rounds it makes sense to have at least worked him out. Qbs get hurt or don't pan out, it doesn't hurt to have another talented young Qb on the roster. If nothing else the guy could be drafted and traded for a pick(s) later if he and Tannehill pan out.
