Wow...I have to give big ups to giving us Dennis Johnson. Fantastic.

Not so big ups for Keenan Allen. Desmond Trufant will also go too soon as will Tank Carradine. Travis Kelce will go before #108. Not sure why Landry Jones, guess we do need a backup QB but still.

Doesn't Draft Tek have Stedman Bailey going in round five?

3rd rd 88 overall to Green Bay.

We could do worse than drafting Bailey, Patton and Swope imo, saving money on a big ticket FA WR, and Tannehill gets a WR who's even more prepared for Sherman's system than Wallace/Jennings/Bowe. It's almost a shame that Swope ran so well, but at the same time good for him. I'm guessing that Tannehill and Sherman are lobbying hard for him.

Just a stupid thing that I saw about Landry jones..so I'm watching the combine and he's throwing to the wideouts, I've been suspicious of this dudes conditioning and training, especially when you are already a stiff, but anyways, he threw the ball, his baggy shirt he was wearing pulled up, and I froze the screen...what a sloppy fu&$in slob..to not not even give a sh&$ enough to stay in shape when you know your going pro, when you know you are immobile in the pocket, to not understand you should be in better shape than anyone else because of that immobility is just gross man..

Love this draft (even though I'm not a huge Keenan Allen fan) but I can't see half these guys actually being available at the spots we got them at.

They used to, around New Years. I don't know if they do anymore.

I keep alluding to it about Keenan Allen but a guy on another board who is a coach with good connections keeps coyly alluding to a lot of things in Keenan Allen's history that should turn people off a bit to him character wise. Already the rumor is pretty damn near confirmed that Allen refused any offer that didn't involve taking his brother as QB in a package deal. Also this person alludes to a conversation he had with the parents of a kid that went to Cal, about Keenan Allen milking an injury prior to Tedford being fired.

For a guy who is not even a bona-fide top of the first round talent, this is unacceptable.

Surprised his uncle is not his agent.

I would prefer to have gone with the following in the first three rounds given how their picks occurred:

Lane Johnson OT or Eifert TE
    Matt Elam S
    Tank Carradine DE
    Stedman Bailey WR
    Ryan Swope WR

I could live with that draft, good mix of potential and day 1 starter types.

I'm also a fan of Landry Jones.
