Yeah, it was tough to give up all that value, but now I have the two best defensive players in the NFL and a pretty stacked offense as well. Plus, I think Ben Tate can be a really good back in this offense if given the carries, so that made it easier to trade Foster.

In a nutshell: todd refuses to accept GIK and Mach's ruling about his salary cap page because he feels he has a reputable site that lists players at a lower cap #. Morever, I think he was bothered that he felt GIK talked down to him. Not saying either side was right or wrong...thats just in a nutshell. Void of my trade is fine if we're getting a new GM. I still wish Todd would hang in since hes a good GM but whatever. But if we're voiding trade the holy christ did Houston get bent over to get Von Miller. It would have been cheaper to get Tom Brady! How crazy is that?
I pretty much swapped Matt Cassel and Tyson Jackson for Big Ben and Ike Taylor, capwise. I'll take that any day of the week.
Obviously Phinsational chose to leave the GML and doing so tried to lob a trade to Boik, in so screwing Boik over in the process. I'm not sure what was going on there myself as he had sent me a PM asking who I liked on his roster, there was an attempt at a couple trades and nothing came from the negotiation. I'm not sure if there were some hurt feelings or not because that particular user has a penchant for things of that nature as evident last year from his emotional outburst. I won't make mention of his ban because I don't fully know the back story there. We have a new GM for the 49ers and that is great, GML moves along and does not skip a beat.
Thanks, I think Taylor will be a fine #2 behind Flowers. Plus, that allows Arenas to play in the slot, where he's much better suited.
