Looked closer to 6 or 7 to me. I thought it should have been PI. But given the blown call that allowed the Falcons to get that far, I'm not surprised they let it go.
You see Tony was open on that 4th down play, and then you see him sitting on the sideline saying to his coaches "I was wide open but Matt didn't see me". Shaking his head.
I think a Baltimore / San Francisco Super Bowl would be immensely entertaining, but I also would like to see how Belichek handles Kaepernick. Either matchup excites me.
Matt Ryan had tears running down his cheek on the sidelines. I remember some Dolphins fans really getting on Ray Lucas for the same thing back in 2002/03
But Ray Lucas sucked, and caused some fans to shed a lot more than a few tears Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
On the downside, I really would have liked to see Gonzales get a shot at a ring. Best TE in history, wasted in KC and so close with Atlanta. I don't care for the Falcons much as an organization, but Tony G is a class act.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of the franchise. But I do respect them. And Belichek is one of the best big game planners in NFL history.
After him going out of bounds instead of diving for the end zone, yes. or was that Lemon? If it was Lemon, then you make a good point but Lucas sucked bad for us I have him crossed out as one of our QB's. You know all good players get excused for everything. Part of being good.
AS in Ted Ginn Jr playing in the Super Bowl. Once again, Thank You, Cameron for picking him & his family.
mixed feelings because the 49ers won, which I wanted but they didn't cover the ****ing spread. ugh. ****ing kicker.
Of course he was, that's why Cameron wasted the 9th pick on his sorry arse. And, if Ginn wasn't hurt last year, they win the game against the Giants.
I just think it's funny about Ginn. A non- factor today. Anyways I cant stand the Pats and I do not want to see them make it. Hopefully Ray Lewis takes it to Brady.
Yeap, think of if the Niners was in the SB & won then won again this year. You know we would be see threads on how Ross royally screwed up by not firing Sparano first before trying to hire Harbaugh. I know his wife wanted to stay in the Bay Area but 8m+ a yr is hard to turn down. Well, it hurts to laugh when I think how well it worked out for us.
