I have a hard time taking any team that relies solely on 3 pointers seriously. These teams always fall apart in the playoffs having to play againt real defenses in a 7 game series. Only exception was the Magic but they had the best defense in the league.
We know your mad, hater....but the "3 point" cop-out is standard for jaded anti Knicks fans who it truely PAINS to admidt.............. They are BACK. DEAL WITH IT
Really my biggest fear of losing Felton for a month is NY running Kidd into the ground. Id keep his minutes about the same, maybe let JR play a little PG.
Prigioni is going to be getting a lot more run. I wouldnt mess with Kidd's minutes at all even without Felton. JR has been thriving with more responsibilities and trust from Woodson but im not sure i want to put him on overload either. We might get our starting backcourt of Felton and Iman back around the same time.
LOL @ Iman. Good to know hes making use of his time off...just get your butt back on the court Shump.
Well looks like its one of those nights where the Heat decide to coast against a laughably inferior team, like the Bobcats or the Knicks.
Yawn, Carmelo dropped another 40 last night/4 3's/6rebs/6/assists. Most impressive is that hes a guy whose never shot better then mid 30's from 3 and now hes shooting mid 40's and in the top 10 percentage wise. Ill say this though...the biggest concern I have about the Knicks right now is that their offense reminds me of the Bulls from 2 years ago and the Heat did a magnificent job bottling Rose up. The Knicks do have more shooters but similar types of offensive team.
This is not hyperbole..... The Miami Heat are the New England Patriots of the NBA in the sense that, if they can gameplan for you...they will rip you apart. NBA teams gameplan in the playoffs. The Heat coaching staff gets in Riley's office, with the advanced metric guys and video, and they always come up with something interesting.
Well yeah I know that, thats why I brought it up. It sure helps when you have one of the top 3 perimeter defenders in the league to throw at the other teams best player and who happens to be 6'9"
He should have tried fighting himself after the worst game hes had all year. He has been putting up 34 a night over the last month shooting around 50%. I guess he was due for a clunker. Still, I hope he found KG and messed his whole face up
Thats freakin awesome. Would have been better if he brought JR, Tyson, and Crazy Eyed Kurt with him. http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...tics-new-york-knicks-carmelo-anthony/1816431/
Ahhh the ole "Rebellious Slaves" have returned! Kurt Thomas n Chandler would be the tag team champions of the league.
Carmelo Anthony Tuesday said he's "at an understanding" with Kevin Garnett right now. Garnett reportedly made some inflammatory comments regarding Anthony's wife during Monday night's game. Anthony became enraged, trying to get into the Celtics' locker room and waiting for him at the team bus. Things appear to have cooled off now following a telephone conversation. "There are certain things you just don't say to men, another man, so I felt that he crossed the line," Anthony said. The Knicks have not heard anything from the NBA regarding a possible suspension. Related: Kevin Garnett Per rotoworld...gotta agree with melo. Not just cause Im a NYK fan but there are some things you just dont talk smack about. Another mans wife is one of them.
You stay on that bus KG. No sense in going out there and fighting like an uncivilized man. Talk your **** at him from behind the high glass. Don't tarnish your tough guy persona by actually getting into a fight and getting your *** stomped out.

Exactly. Fake tough guy at it again. Only surprise here is KG little brother Rondo didnt try to act tough in this one.
