I had no idea the last four years had anything to do with this year. Also I'm sorry but there isn't four hours worth of playoff football to talk about without repeating yourself a million times anyway at this point. Three minutes of Dolphin-Bills highlights wouldn't kill anyone. Or how about this lead in: "The Dolphins came into today alive for the last playoff spot in the AFC needing a win and some help *highlights*" Then show the Bengals-Steelers game where they clinch the final spot.
I can definitely hear this for 24/7:
i like the NBC music better than Fox... Although John Williams let the song get too far away from Star Wars this year.
Here is to NBC getting the NBA back from Disney in 2016.
I'm well aware of our lack of playoffs over the last 4 years, but though NFLN show is about this season, not the past 4. Keep up dude.
The question asked was how many teams have a collective worse record in the past 4 years. Why is that so hard to comprehend ? That is why we are irrelevant, its not just this year they are losers, but all of the last 4 seasons. We haven't mattered since 2008 and we all know that year was an abberation. The last time this team was a true threat for the playoffs has been more than a decade. When teams can have up and down stretches in a 4 year span now a days, we are still stuck in the same old same old. I am hopefull for the 1st time in years because of Tannehill & Philbin, but it doesn't change the reality of the facts, we will not be a winning team this year, and unless we pull off a miracle win on Sunday its going to be a 6th in 7 years of a losing record. That is unacceptable in today's NFL. All of this collectively gives the NFLN the right to diss us. We in fact deserve it, and if Ross doesn't like it, then do something about it. And that would hopefully mean canning Ireland and Mike Dee.
What I see more often and it really bothers me is when channels like ESPN give you their side panel preview of what coverage is coming up and you see something about the Dolphins. You watch patiently as one by one the Dolphins story makes its way closer to the bottom of the screen when all of the sudden it bounces back a few stories and then eventually vanishes entirely. KP
There is really nothing that excuses NFLN to provide factually incorrect information. Certainly, I have a hard time believing the NFLN would provide some type of safeguard against typographical errors for the Dolphins, simply because Ireland or Mike Dee were fired.
