This a pretty good article and video on FB Javorski Lane
    http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-s...ie-lane-doing-most-second-174959779--nfl.html
Miami Dolphins rookie fullback Jorvorskie Lane was a standout for the Texas A&M Aggies from 2005 through 2008, gaining over 2,000 yards on the ground, and scoring 49 rushing touchdowns. He was expected to make some sort of splash in the NFL right away, but emotional issues took those chances away for a while. Before he knew it, Lane had put on serious weight, and was stuck moving furniture for a living, his dreams of pro football seemingly behind him.

The only reason Lane is now in the NFL is because his former HC is our OC. Other then that 31 other NFL teams have not even given him a sniff and IMO, cannot blame them. Outside of a play here and there this kid cannot block and with his supposed strength, cannot move a pile to save his life and no, the Oline has nothing to do with that. Wish no ill will on anyone but if Sherman was not here and Philbin did not buy into anything his Assist coaches sell him, Lane would still be moving furniture and after this season, should still be moving furniture.

This whole coaching staff is starting to look like a joke. The entire staff is friends of someone. Philbin may have been a decent OC with Rodgers at QB and Sherman had Farve and a running back named Ahman Green. We do not have that and both Sherman and Philbin had better start looking at their wonder boy mediocre choice of a QB. I do not care if he broke Marinos rookie yardage record. Look around the league. 2200passing yards for a rookie is squat these days.

Tannehill is exactly what he is. Nice kid, good citizen, blah at QB. It ends there. One of his biggest cons coming into the league was he could not finish games. Yeah he finished what, one or two. Right now he could not hit the Queen Mary from 5 feet away. We are looking at a career backup here. If Sherman was not here any other OC would have thrown Moore in again. But no, its the rest of the teams fault, not the golden boys fault.

Are you really a Dolphin fan? Sure this guy isn't the greatest but he worked hard to get where he is, can't you be some what supportive of your own team?

Lane is a bit inconsistent, but his upside is alluring. The guy makes some blocks a lot of good fullbacks wouldn't because his background as a rusher. There are times when he picks and chooses a guy that isn't the first guy available to block, but rather the right guy that a lot of others would not.

I think he at the end of the day has pretty strong competition from Charles Clay. Clay is a bit more straight forward and doesn't have the same type of upside, but ultimately Lane has to compete vs. a guy who can run a 30 yard wheel route.

You've got way bigger problems than the Dolphins if you're reading a mommabilly post and thinking "Yes, this is something I agree with"

He needs to continue a compete body transformation..I'm not sure how he lost so much weight, I wouldn't bet that it was done correctly, he could definitely become quicker and more explosive.

He'll def benefit from another year of training and an offseason in the gym. We need our own Vontae Leach.

this is the truth and fin fans better learn to recognize that Sherman ,Tannyhill and Lane are not going to take us anywhere but the cellar of the afc east .

no, our fanbase is a joke because many amoung us dont know what playmakers are and think the most overrated qb qnd offensive cordinator from the big 12 are really good .
