i took the vacation days for it but haven't bought the tickets yet.. now maybe i won't

 

If Ross thinks Dee is the reason fans aren't showing up, he is a fool. Tickets aren't selling because this team has been 24-32 over the last three and a half seasons. That doesn't include what looks like a sure loss today. The product on the field is the problem and Ross better start understanding this soon. The product has been put together by Ireland and therefore he is the problem.

If a new GM comes in and wants to get rid of Philbin, so be it. I think with above average talent, Philbin would be a decent coach. I just don't have confidence that Ireland can select quality talent for this roster. Five years as the teams GM and the team is still a bottom tier NFL team.

You may be right that Ross sticks with Ireland because he is football stupid. He can hire whomever he wants to replace Dee, but the fact is that as long as Ireland is the teams GM, attendance will continue to decline.

it should all be put on Ireland's head. why is it that other teams that go down have bounced back while Miami has been bad or worse since 2003 ? aand prior to 2003 we only had three loosing seasons but now we have had one or two winning seasons somebody should be held accountable.

Wow, 24-32 over the last three and a half years and you don't blame Ireland. I guess the fact this team has one of the least talented rosters in the NFL is the fault of Sparano and Philbin. When exactly did this team actually beat a team which ended the season over 500. If you like mediocre, Ireland is your man.
