If that is the case. I can envision the stadium even being more empty next year, if Ireland is retained as the teams GM. Ross needs to fire Ireland immediately and get a new GM before this season is over. This would give the new GM time to evaluate this team and also prepare for the draft and free agency.

Ross fired Sparano in the middle of last season. Now it is time for him to get rid of Ireland.
