    This part here still really concerns and bugs me a bit... If you plan on playing for us this year if you aren't traded, then why not show up to camp and work with your teammates?

    I think its because hes 34 and this is his last year. He also saw what Michael Strahan did year without TC. I am not defending it (as I wish he would be here like everyone else) I am just explaining IMO why he won't be here for TC regardless.

    Is there really a difference between him demanding a trade and requesting one? The outcome is still the same

    Yes. Requesting a trade is telling the FO your desires, but still suiting up if one doesn't materialize. Demanding? See Chad Johnson.
