Yeah, sure it doesn't matter....NOT !!! JT not being here does matter to the team. The unsettled situation of one of the remaining team leaders not being around the new regime, the new players, etc matters a lot. The team thing to say is that it doesn't bother anyone but chemistry is built from March 1 on and JT hasn't been there...Chemistry isn't accomplished in TC alone....
I dont think JT does not wanna be here, i think hes staying away because he upset, he found out that we didnt want him and that he wasnt in our plans.
