So this is what EA has to say about the roster update. So it looks like we won't be able to use the updated 53 man roster for the online league until "early next week". That could easily be Monday or knowing EA Wednesday or Thursday. So we have two options. Start now with the initial 75 or wait until the final 53. So please vote. Also after this thread we should probably take our threads to the online leagues sub forum.
I've never done an online franchise before but I have one question. Are people allowed to trade with the CPU teams? I've found in my offline franchise that a few late round picks can land some pretty good young players. That could cause some issues, how was trading done in past leagues?
Keep in mind that it would mean your teak might not have players it should have. For instance Miami won't have Anthony Armstrong. Also that means we have to go through the preseason instead of starting week 1 Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
Only trades between users were allowed last time and works for the best, in my opinion. The only bad thing about not waiting until the 53 is like finsincebirth said, some players won't be on the right teams and ratings should be slightly more accurate with update. For instance, I believe Vontae will still be a Dolphin with the 75 rosters. Doesn't matter either way and seems majority favor 75 so that's fine.
