The Giants also cut WR Dan DePalma who has a little Welker about him, but guessing that type isn't a priority with Bess being the one good healthy receiver we have at the moment.
Wonder if this means they are keeping Jones Jennings Nelson Driver Cobb Jones Boykin GB usually only keeps 5 WR though, right?
All the other WRs have been signed. Unless the team keeps 7 Dez Briscoe or Anthony Armstrong is gonna be cut/traded
The Skins cut WR Terrence Austin, any ideas who would be next on the list? Edit : You answered it before I could ask very nice .
LB Marcus Dowtin, Jets they say the team is deep here this kid was ranked 17 out of over 100 when drafted. Not a WR but someone will take him I don't know of him being hurt.
He finally showed something positive against the Jets this week. Sadly that's a first for his career so far. Beating the Jets may well be all we have to look forward to this year however, so if he can help with that he may be worth a look.
Mardy Gilyard is interesting. If I recall correctly, though, I didn't like something about the kid. KNow he's a good returner, seems skinny, not as fast as he is quick. Still, worth a look?
Hoyer cut by Pats is really surprising... nobody went for him via trade? Someone will claim him on the waivers.
Former Georgia Bulldog who played for North Alabama. I grew up 30 miles from North Alabama, and of course, I am a Georgia graduate.
I was about to reply, aye, in a retirement home pickup game, but then I realized that he's younger than me ...
The last Patriot reject didn't work (Chad Johnson) Deion Branch might, must be nice to just throw good receivers away like dirty cloths almost weekly.
Anthony Armstrong is 29. That is about as old as I would like to see. I want developmental types that are between 22 and 26. No Branch or Johnson, or even Gaffney.
Giants cut Danny (DJ) Ware. That one comes as a shock, especially with Bradshaw always getting injured and Jacobs gone. He has said "Detroit would be nice".
