After Tannehill being universally praised, I thought we might move on from the LOL DOLPHINS headlines for a while! Silly me.
I can believe that, but what I said still applies stitch, you put yourself in that situation by making bad choices on a well known violent gold digger..have a couple days to think about where that decision got you.
I remember when they first announced that the Dolphins were going to be on Hard Knocks, I thought they would struggle to find good story lines and never top the Jets/Rex Ryan show last season(Hard Knock season). I believe this is unprecedented in Hard Knocks. An arrest and possible/probable release to a major character in the show who was pretty much a main focus in episode 1. I wonder how the aftermath of this is going to be covered in the show. This mater is usually dealt with little to no transparency.
This is updated every 15 minutes and Chad isn't listed (yet). http://sheriff.org/apps/arrest/results.cfm?lname=johnson&fname=
Your not supposed to cheat anyways,(if that is actually happening) but freakin throw the receipt away
Chad will be happy , that is one of the better mug shots I have seen. He looks fast , he looks black ... MOD EDIT: Its a hard knocks reference for those who thought the joke was race related. Its not.
I wish they still had Celebrity Death Match: Chad Johnson & Evelyn Lozada VS. Brandon Marshall & Michi Nogami-Campbell Special guest referee - Loleini Tonga
ESPN and also NFLN. There is seldom a news show when they don't babble on about the great QB battle that is not a battle in Cortland NY. To top it off, the unabashedly admit to it. Like they are so proud to be babbling ad nauseum ad infinitum about Sanchez and Tebow. It's enough to make you want to puke.
Hopefully he can hold onto soap better than the football last night. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Ugh. Not good. Cant we ever just catch a break. If he's charged, or whatever. Just cut him. Id rather try out our unproven rooks than deal with BS like this.
How so? I don't condone hitting or attacking a woman, but I would say this is pretty damn surprising. Especially from someone without a blip on his off the field record.
Wow- totally unexpected. I hope that Chad turns out to not be in the wrong here and can return to the team. Sheesh.
not exactly true about someone almost always being arrested. If police arrive and one or both parties have visible injuries, then yes, someone will be arrested, and it's not up to officer discretion. However, many DV calls often are verbal arguments only and if there aren't any injuries and neither party is cooperating they will often only be separated for the night or told to calm down. Most likely case is she called the police because she was a.) just mad and wanted him in trouble or b.)truly did feel threatened. Regardless of the reason, if police show and she's got injuries it's too late to change her tune then.
FWIW Casserly isnt the brightest bulb you'll come across. Plax cant seperate but he still caught 7 TD passes last year from a QB who cant throw a fade (Sanchez)
If there was visible evidence of an injury, the charges can't be dropped because it will be the city/state filling the charges even if the wife/husband wish to drop the charges. At least that is the way it is in my state.
I agree re CC hence the fwiw ... but as I said in a post early today , if a player like Roberto Wallace is cut to keep an aging vet who can't play special teams , isn't as fast or as big and is a team issue and isn't producing I would have an issue with that ... maybe time to bite the bullet and see what Wallace/Pruitt can do with some real playing time.
Not in the state of Florida, they passed a "no tolerance" law. If the police are called for a domestic someone is going to jail.
