Let's talk about Mario Chalmers for another 12 pages on a team with Lebron, Wade, Chris Bosh and potentially Ray Allen again.

I like the thought but seems a bit pie in the sky for us. Wonder if Boston makes the move if we sign Ray using the money they were offering him.

 

Boston needs another PF?

 

Boston already committed to Bass, and they drafted two bigs. So cross off Brand for them.

A team that makes PERFECT sense for Brand is a return to the Clippers.

 

They play a ton of minutes with two old and/or broken PFs and wonder why they get no rebounds.

 

Which is why it still hurts my inside that they gave away the mavs series. This should be lebron going for a 3-peat this year.

 

To be fair Dallas played incredibly well. They absolutely deserved to win that year... just completely outplayed the Heat. I think it's more how well Dallas played than Miami giving it away.

I agree and give them props. I was happy for dirk, Kidd, and terry in some strange way. That being said they were up 2-1 with a big lead late in game 4 about to go up 3-1 in the series....and well we know what happened next. Heat don't blow the lead and they win it last year.

That being said, who knows maybe they win last year and aren't hungry enough to win this year....who knows. I just wanted them to win like 5 in a row to laugh at the lebron haters I guess. Oh well can still happen.

 

Man it's too quiet on the Ray Allen front. I want something. Either he's in a meeting on a plane back to Boston, something.

 

Espn reported last night he won't make a decision until he weighs all options.

It's not essentially a hard cap. All the apron does is make them ineligible for some exceptions like the MLE as well as some other restrictions.. They can exceed the number, and I'm sure their billionaire owner will have no problems about paying a **** load of luxury tax.

 

Rumors seem to have Iguodala going to the Blazers with Derrick Williams going to Philly. Meh...

 

Would love to have Camby back, big upgrade over a Jared Jeffries in the bigs rotation.

 

Wish the 76ers would show some interest. Despite an old man, he still managed to lead the league in rebounding percentage last year, on both teams he played for. We could use that for sure.
