That made me yawn. Great, he beat an old Mavs team with a game winner in the first round. Talk to me when he actually makes it to the FINALS.

There is no reason Durant and Lebron can't both be great players. They are. This is ridiculous. The Thunder are VERY lucky to have Durant and he will probably win an NBA title at some point. So will Lebron.

That will be pretty hard when you will never play for the ring. Face it, he's going to be Carmelo 2.0. He will never make it to the Finals.

i can see why you would yawn. granted its not as exciting as a dish off to another player so you can stand and watch a teammate take the last shot. thats what the nba is all about. its not about scoring, its about assists. no one remembers larry bird or jordan for their game winners. we remember the guys who passed them the ball

I can't tell if you're serious or if this some elaborate Sacha Baron cohen esque ruse.

Two of Jordan's most signature plays are passing to Steve Kerr and Jon Paxson for game winners. I thought that winning the game was what was important, not who takes the final shot. But I guess Kobe has changed all that. It's not enough simply to win a game, a certain person must be the guy hitting the last shot.

You are obviously super biased. There is absolutely nothing wrong at all with how Granger played. He got in a bad position and tried to recover by blocking from behind. Don't try and skew it to make it appear Granger actually tried to foul or hurt James in anyway.

LOL @ "clearly a dirty play". There is no objectivity at all coming from your posts.

This absolutely makes no sense. Get in his path? He was AHEAD of Wade on a fast break. Wade clearly shoved him from behind when he caught up to him because he had no chance in hell to make any sort of defensive play there.

If the Granger play is your example of "thugs who beat up on Heat superstars", then I truly have to question how soft this team really is.

I'm biased? I typed as plain as day that I said Wade should not have thrown the elbow. And now you're coming with this crap that what Granger did was OK? Give me a break with the biased BS!!! Dude drove his elbow down onto Lebrons head and continued to drive it down on his head once his feet were planted....

No, you should question how much you hate the Miami Heat or just keep posting more bullcrap about what the Pacers do is just good basketball.

You might want to get your eyes checked. You're seeing things that just aren't there, just like when you assumed Wades jersey was held and that caused him to fall down when missing that layup.

Alright guys this is lame come on.....

I will say this, as a non-favorite team NBA watcher I can speak unbiased on it.... Admittedly I want to see the Celts and Heat in the next round (sorry R&R).....however it doesn't take away from what I have seen....which is the Heat have to come in and play Heat basketball ie...basically do the same things they have been doing...their defense hasn't suffered, but they need to find scoring from other people than Bron and Wade....somebody else has to step up....Mario you would think would be the guy but if he keeps shooting like he did the other night, then he has to sit....they need instant offense from one guy, and maybe they should give up a little defense to get some offense.....that guy could be Jones...

Tonight will be very interesting because there is definitely some (not alot but it is there) pressure on the Heat, just like last night with the Celtics...you don't want to drop the first one on the road, and then risk being down 3-1 if some fluke happens in the 4th game...

This game will be a test for the Heat, the stars need to step up, the others need to feed off the energy and produce some too, and damn it put the ball in the hands of your superstars at the end instead of a guy who was freaking shooting 2-of-10 from the floor and 0-for-4 from downtown....

And lastly the Heat have to stop talking about this crap....

go, play ball, and dominate.....it is the Pacers for pete's sake, they are decent but not there yet.....

You're going to tell me about what I see yet you clearly, plain as day, overlook things which is ok. Save it man. My eyesight is perfectly fine.

Now as for that layup, you need to learn to read what I typed and stop putting words into my mouth. I'm good with going with the flow but when you make **** up, I'm going to let you know about it.

Definitely looked to me like a flagrant 1. Wade got his path impeded, but the push was unnecessary.

Well the Dexter Pittman experiment lasted a whopping 2 minutes. Epic fail.

Rio is keeping us in the game.

If Chalmers can just not be terrible points wise the Heat will win. Just someone to take the pressure off of Wade and James.

I wish I could find every ref in this series and kick them swiftly in the nuts, followed by a punch in the teeth. When will the Pacers get called for some of their blatant fouls on our drives to the basket? If they called the game right we'd be averaging 50 damn free throws a game.

I have to say the Pacers are a very interesting team. I'm not sure how they get away with this dirty style of play but I guess it works for them. Kind of reminding me of a much more athletic version of the Pistons when they were winning with Hamilton + Wallace + Billups

I'm still laughing at when he said Haslem blatantly fouled by grabbing someones arm in game one, they showed the replay and Haslem never even touched his arm, and Hubie keeps crying foul.
