I wouldn't rule out resigning Bell if in fact he is still available. I agree with us going for a DB in the seventh round now. I would have liked to see us draft Guy from Kentucky but unfortunately he was already selected. Also, I wouldn't mind if we selected Forston from the U if he is still there in the seventh.
This. This late in the round i dont think we will get even close to replacing Bell. Short term fix wud be a resigning which wouldnt upset too many ppl.
What's interesting is that there was a succession of DB's picked in the 6th round before we took Cunningham.
Would they take a shot at Bontaze Burfict now with a 7th pick? Potential with lots of character problems, but a 7th pick rarely pans out. Might be worth a shot.
I am not sure if they would want the baggage this guy comes with but I suppose it wouldn't be a bad risk in the 7th round.
