I live in Louisiana and am a huge LSU fan, and personally I hope we do not draft Glenn Dorsey. He is a good player, but he is constantly hurt and has a suspect knee that could be degenerate. I would not pass on McFadden, take the Vikings approach, you simply do not pass on a player like Adrian Peterson, and McFadden is bigger, stronger and faster than AP. We could go with the 2 back system, especially since Ronnie seems to get hurt every year.

I want McFadden (to trade) or Trade Ronnie down the road..., I like C Long..., Like Matt Ryan in this spot..., don't like Dorsey here..., he looks smallish to take the pounding inside from NFL calibre Guards and Centers..

Our FB is only 20-30 pounds lighter..., same height...

Pats wont be at the top level forever, NFL is great for lesser/mediocre teams and bringing parity. Pats will have some good FA's over the next few yrs and other teams will benefit. Hopefully we will benefit also. AFC East is though where we need to start winning.

My dream formation would be Darren McFadden lined up behind Center in the Shotgun with Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams on either side. I would run the option on every play LOL

My dream would be we draft a Olineman who plays at an All pro level, resign Hadnot and Ronnie comes back 110% and LBook continues to "Wow" as a third down back and Hagan can take advantage of the double teams that Ted Ginn faces.

The newly reloaded offense would then allow John Beck to make on average 20 throws a game while we win time of possession in almost every game we played allowing our young defense to play sparingly and also allowing our young DT's (#2 and #4, picks) to rest and hiding our oldish secondary as well.

We finish 6-10 and have the 3rd youngest starters in the NFL.

Not true, you do not get rid of premium players just so that MAYBE, you will get a batch of new ones with your young guys.

Did the Bears get rid of Sweetness and Singletary because they were getting too old, and they were not competing?

Did they get rid of Elway when the Broncos were not looking good, and Elway was geting up there in age?

Are the Ravens talking about getting rid of Lewis?

All I know is that this defense with both in-laws is very good, is ok with one out, and really bad with both not playing, and there is no way you will even come close to getting back for either one of them what they are really worth to a defense.
