An actuall look at QBs taken in 1 st round since 2003

I think RGIII and Tannehill have the same kind of skill set. I have read that some pro scouts and GM's have Tannehill rated higher than RGIII too. Tannehill comes out of an offense that translates better to the NFL in comparison to RGIII.
