New theory. Remember how D Bryan and CM Punk were kind of mini feuding? I wouldn't be shocked if Bryan interferes in the WWE Title match somehow.

    Kane vs Orton next

mKane and Orton having a pretty even match. Mostly just brawling and clotheslines. Nice sidewalk slam by Kane and a swinging neckbreaker by Orton so far have been the only real "moves"

Orton sets up Kane on the top rope, Kane counters with a chokeslam off the top and gets the win.

LOL WWE armed forced commercial. Big Show holding a handgun. It looks like a damn toy

Big Show hits the WMD and wins.

Punk vs Jericho, HHH vs Undertaker and Rock vs Cena better be GREAT matches or this WM is going to be a horrible dud.

The Diva match is going to be longer than the WHC match....wow.

Someone should tell Michael Cole that Jacksonville and Miami are not even close to eachother. Maria and kelly win....as if anyone cares.

Does HBK have one last match in him? I'm wondering if this whole "HHH couldnt do what I couldnt do" thing is a setup for HBK vs HHH

    Hey HHH lost his fat!

Undertaker starting walking on the ropes around 1989. Announcers starting calling it "old school" around 2000. It is now 2012 and the term "old school" is more old school than the move was.

Okay Undertaker just spittled all over HHH. Disgusting as F.

HBK is doing a GREAT acting job btw.

Ugh Taker wins. I was really hoping the streak would end, seeing as I could give one **** less about it.

I'd give my left nut for a night with Nikki Bella....then my right for a night with Brie

Zach Ryder whoops the F out of EVERYONE on team Johnny. Eve costs him the match. Team Johnny wins. Eve helps Ryder up and kicks him in the balls.

When Taker took the sweet chin music into the pedigree I legitimately thought for a moment that the streak was ending. I thought that was a pretty good match.

Taker vs HHH was definitely the best match so far. I do wish they would have went to the top of the cell though, even if they just got back down really soon.

Punk and Jericho also put on a really good match that got a lot better as it went.

For this WM to live up to its hype though Rock and Cena need to put on a SPECTACULAR match.

So far this may just be the most BORING WM headline match ever.

Match got better as it went, honestly I kind of expected more though. Rock wins.

I thought it was pretty good for the most part. They did some pretty good stuff and yeah it definitely picked up as the match went on. Rock winning cleanly definitely seems to validate the rumors that these two will meet again.

My issue was mainly that they hyped up the match so so so so so much, but it ended up being the third best match of the night.

It's kind of like if you're a little kid and your parents tell you they are buying you a real horse and come home with a fun wooden one.

Exactly. It pisses me off that I had to see Brodus Clay who they obviously have NO INTENTION of doing anything serious with and a long *** Diva tag match over Sheamus and Bryan. Then I had to see some crappy Flo Rida and MGK **** instead as well.

I'm really really really glad I didn't pay. In my opinion HHH vs Undertaker and Punk vs Jericho were the only matches that were worth the hype of this WrestleMania. Rock vs Cena was barely worth a main event spot on Raw back in the attitude era. THAT is what a match on Raw should look like every week but not the biggest wrestling event of the year.

Team Johnny vs Team Teddy was alright....wish it had a better ending. Even if Team Johnny still won that was a silly way to end such an important match. In fact that match shouldnt have even BEEN at WM. It should have been an elimination match at another PPV.

That rumor has been long been debunked as made up and Luger was never scheduled to beat Yokozuna for the title and lose it to Bret Hart later in the night. The plan always was to have Perfect cost Luger the match (as revenge for their WM9 match) and work a program with him over the summer.

Didn't see the PPV but the reason why people don't care about the World Champion or their matches is because on the biggest night of the year, the show opens with a title match and it goes 17 seconds. Why should anyone care about Sheamus as champion now? How does that help him at all? It doesn't.

My only other complaint would be having Ryder job in the 12 man and Eve turn on him AGAIN. What the WWE should have done was never have Eve kiss Cena and turn heel but continue on with her relationship with Ryder and then have her turn on him during the match to cost Team Teddy the match. Instead it just makes Ryder come off once again as a dope. Just poor writing and direction there. Of course I'm sure the reason for the continued depush of Ryder is a great F-U to the internet fans who started cheering for him in the first place.

The rest of the card seemed like it decent though. All the right guys went over where and when they should. Very interested in seeing RAW tomorrow. Wonder if Lesnar will show up or everything was just a redherring, although Lesnar was in Miami today.

The MGK/Flo Rida **** was awful. As were the advertisements. I begrudgingly understand the commercials (to a degree) but the performances need to go away. Unless they are doing the actual theme for the wrestler...there is no need to force these concerts on anyone. Wrestling fans **** all over it, and rightfully so, every single time.

I was willing to see where the Bryan thing was going since losing so quickly made me think there was something else upcoming. But nope...just an embarrassing loss to a guy who CLEARLY had a ton of audience support. Those two had a chance of doing something special too. It makes me think that something happened behind the scenes.

UT-HHH was pretty good. They both looked old, but I think that sort of helped the storyline. Taker looks like a drag queen with his guyliner, shaved head-mohawk and leather dress. Awful look.

Cena-Rock was great, but ONLY because of the crowd. The match itself was just okay. Rock messed up a lot. Bad timing, ring rust and nerves, most likely.

Punk-Jericho was the match of the night even if I was able to call the spots before they happened. Which brings me to another point. The wrestlers have gotten sloppy in calling spots. I saw spots being called out in every match tonight.

All in all...a good night. I wish Brock had come out, but I understand why they held back.

The thing about Rock vs Cena is that to me it wasn't even a match. It was just them using every move they knew in a predictable fashion. Rock is my favorite wrestler OF ALL TIME but I don't even blame it all on Cena who I hate. Just all around disappointing.

Agreed on the Undertakers look. I think them carrying HHH off was pretty cool, but I was really hoping HBK would lift Undertaker up after the match and hit him with another sweet chin music. I really don't care about the streak, I care about a great show. HHH winning or something after the match would have been a better show IMO. But I'm not very deep into the "tradition" of things. Especially staged ones.

Yeah I saw Kane as obvious too. If he lost his entire comeback would look silly and ridiculous.

Back in the day it seems like Kane didn't have feuds (minus Undertaker). He was supposed to be that badass mother F'er no-one wanted to fight. I miss that.

Also I thought the Divas match was pretty good for what it was. The Sheamus-Bryan match was stupid and if you are going to have the match be like that, better off putting the strap on Cena and making Cena-Rock for the World Title. No one benefited from that match, not even Sheamus

  34. Samphin

Samphin Κακό σκυλί ψόφο δεν έχει

Actually, that was the "save face," story. All I can tell you is that the original story that came out is HIGHLY accurate, and I know this from a very good source.

The entire card was changed, including other outcomes. Like I said, the outcomes worked out better for all involved as Owen got a much larger rub and run than originally intended...and Hart's ascension was hastened, to some degree.

  35. Samphin

The more I think about it, the more I am okay with Bryan losing the way he did. Honestly, if they cut the Flo Rida/MGK crap, it only nets them at best, 5 more minutes. And Bryan losing in five minutes is almost worse than a quick hitter like he did, that he can blame on his girlfriend, fluke, etc.

I'm interested to see where they go with Cena from here. The best idea I have heard so far is to have him come out, acknowledge he lost, basically say so what, and ask who is next. Have Lesnar's music hit and have him appear on stage, staring down Cena, laughing, while Cena looks like he crapped his pants in the ring.

I also think Punk-Jericho continues, but I wouldn't shed any tears if Bryan tries to crowbar his way into fighting for Punk's belt. He can use the newly appointed Super GM to make that happen.

I assume Miz gets elevated for making the pin. Not sure where the other guys go in that match. Lots of things came to a close tonight. Good transitional Wrestlemania I think.

Cut out Funkasouras and you got another 6 minutes. If have any title match be quick, have the Big Show-Rhodes match the 18 sec match. It even makes sense. This whole time Cody has mocked Show for being a fool at wrestlemania, and when its all said and done, he is the one embarrassed at WrestleMania and Show gets his moment. One knock out punch and Cody is done.
