Hey guys, I don't know if you may remember from last year or not when we ran the Interactive Mock Draft where the team forums of each team got to vote on which player their team should take.

Well we are doing it again this year, and the Dolphins are on the clock. I'm interested to see how you guys are going to vote especially with Tannehill still on the board. I'm not sure if Fins fans are sold on him, but we shall find out

You can cast your vote for who you want your team to pick here:

    Interactive Mock Draft

And if you explain why with a brief short description, I will pick the best one and publish it along with the pick in the results section!

For 12 years QB has unquestionably been the Miami Dolphins biggest weakness. In those 12 years not a single first round pick has been spent on the position. It's only fitting that in the 13th draft since number 13 retired the Miami Dolphins finally spend another first round pick to address the quarterback position with Ryan Tannehill.

I voted for Ingram although Couples (sp) would be fine too. In a perfect world we could trade down (NE?? although they rarely trade up). In any case my logic is aiming for Weeden in the second and just dont think Tanny is worthy of a top 10 pick...IMHO

I voted for Tannehill. If Sherman and Philbin are comfortable with the pick that would say a lot to me. Philbin didn't feel Flynn was a franchise guy and passed so if they were to pick Tanny they must be confident. Even if they miss in him at least they're trying. Although I wouldn't mind trading back and trying to pick up Weeden and Fleener.

This is a match made in heaven for this organization and new coaching staff. Talk about the stars aligning. One of the better offensive minds in the NFL comes to Miami. A coach he worked under is now his offensive coordinator who just so happened to coach one of the top QB prospects in this draft, a prospect who reminds coach Philbin of the great QB he left behind in Packer country. Combine that with an owner who endorses this type of pick and you're left with a GM not afraid to pull the trigger. Most fans will understand it's ok to sit him for a year, and Matt Moore & David Garrard have displayed the ability of a serviceable starter. There's risk involved with the pick; however, the potential benefits of Tannehill's talent & character-related upside make him well worth the selection because Ryan's the type of QB that Philbin can methodically build an offense around. If coach Philbin's offense can make 7th rounder, Matt Flynn, look like a Pro Bowler with a career day, I can't wait to see what he does for 1st rounder, Ryan Tannehill.

If its truly a match made in heaven ... that means either the Browns will take him or someone will trade up in front of us & get him ... I refuse to believe it will go our way ... until it happens

Edit: I voted for him also

Don't think I need to let this one go 24 hours. Looks like it's already decided.

The pick is in, your results are updated. You can see who your team selected here:

Feel free to bookmark that page and continue voting daily. We will do one team every day until the draft

It may be a bit of a reach for Tannehill at the 8th pick but if he is worthy of at least a 1st round pick you have to do what you have to do in the first round.
