I spend 10 hours at work today and the NBA gives me the championship hangover versus the zombie horde?

Jeremy Lin only has one turnover, at least. That's his main flaw on the offensive side of the ball, imo. He needs to cut down this TOs.

Wrong. I'd also point out that we got cheated on an even more obvious block on a last second "foul" in the 3rd quarter, but you already knew that. Pretty bad when even the Minny announcers are questioning the calls.

Anyways who cares about the Timberwolves, how do the Knicks lose to a terrible Nets team that has played 5 games in 6 days? ECF bound? Are you Knicks fans ****ting me? Anyone who is still in denial about marshmelo being a lazy, selfish, loser of a player, stay away from sports radio/TV tomorrow...

Wrong Iggy raked his arm across Love before he got the ball. No I agree that Barea call at the end of the 3rd was AWFUL. Obviously you care because your team lost tot he lowly Wolves.

How long until Carmelo demands a trade? Guy is in a lose-lose position at this point. Kinda feel bad for him, but not really because I've always thought of him as overrated.

 

He is in a bad spot, but depending on the value we get in return I wouldnt be opposed to dealing him. (Sorry Boik)

Knicks win, its because of Lin. Knicks lose, its because of Carmelo.

I'll tell you what though, if Carmelo wants to be looked at a team-first guy, he'll be ok with taking 7-10 shots a game within the flow of the offense, and dedicating himself to becoming the best defender/team defender/rebounder he could possibly become.

We went on to draft a once in a lifetime player, won a championship, and now are working on more.

Holy crap - Cavs down by 17 in the 2nd half and Kyrie goes off in the 4th quarter for 17 and no TO to get the win. I heard they didn't even mention it on SportsCenter. Can't believe how little fanfare the #1 overall pick has gotten this year. No nationally televised games and a performance like that goes unnoticed. If Lin did that, the world would actually come to an end with the final horn.

 

This to the Nth degree. Of course if Lin had been doing all this for some team like the Bobcats we would barely have heard about him. This is another case of ANY NY team being overvalued as a story by ESPN.

Btw it's a Shane Lin plays for NY cause I kinda like him.

 

Comes down to wins and losses. Lin likely would still get fanfare if he was losing, but the fact that they were winning with him really made it a viable story.

 

Also, New York/East Coast media bias. Sorry, folks, that's how ESPN rolls—and it's why you should stop paying attention to them.

And I agree if its the final possesion late in a game, I dont mind giving Melo the ball and letting him do what he does. That style just isnt going to get us too far if applied throughout the game. And ofcourse the media is going to hype up a NY team, its been the same way in every sport for years. Difference is every time someone suggest the Knicks wont win I dont jump out of my chair and yell at the TV "HATER"!!!!!!!! Not that I could picture anyone on here doing that.

Knicks are on a b2b vs the best team in the NBA. To expect a win would be foolish. Anything is possible but a double digit win for Miami wouldn't really suprise anyone. The trolls would be out in full force though, I for one will be here all night either way...so get your popcorn ready.
