A potential 1-15 season does not mean years of disaster will follow. Does anyone remember the 2001 Carolina Panthers? 1-15 record in the 2001 season 7-9 record in the 2002 season 11-5 record and a Super Bowl loss to the Patriots in the 2003 season. In 2002, the Panthers went 7-9, but lost 4 games by 3 points or less. Dont be discouraged by a poor season. It can turn around in a very short amount of time.
Here's hoping no one expects us to turn it around as quickly as Johnson's Cowboys did. We don't have Herschel Walker to trade, though Ronnie Brown is pretty damn good.
They also canned their coach (George Seifert, who had actually accomplished something in this league) and hired John Fox. If John Fox becomes available, I would suggest we do the same.
If you are a fan and you weren't already discouraged by the season I don't think anything can discourage you. As bad this season has been I still enjoyed it and will continue to do so. I'd rather watch the Dolphins lose than not watch them at all!!!
