Anyone who could act insane would make a good Carnage. Carey would be a waste as Carnage unless they made the character interesting.

I'm sure using a big name like Carey and making his character as uninteresting as possible would be every studio's goal

I doubt they even bring out Carnage if they keep Rami. He didnt like Venom so I dont see him bothering with Carnage.

Carey was already the Riddler and he was horrible from what i remember. But then again the whole movie sucked

Well Carey is a good talent and Carnage isn't deep at all. All you need is a guy who can act insane and kill people. In fact an unknown would be perfect if they went that route, because then they could just CGI it after he became Carnage.

That is good. I hope they use Morbius, that is an interesting guy.

Myself I loved Carey's Riddler. I thought he did an near perfect take of that character.

The movie was awful but I didnt really think he did that bad of a job.

I dont think they would go with any unknowns. Pretty much all the main actors in that series have been really established. Like I said, I dont think Carnage happens anyways with Rami.

Morbius seems like way too much of an unknown for a lot of people. The problem with Spiderman is that he doesnt have enough great villans that can carry a movie. Prob the same reason I havent liked this series at all so far.

I do disagree. I think Spider-Man has great villains. I have loved the series so far. I just didn't like the 3rd one as much due to the fact it should of been two movies instead of one. It would of been a much better movie if it was just the set up for Venom instead of the movie where he was created and destroyed.

Morbius is a decent unknown, however he is an interesting character who has some great spider-man stories.

Villians that could still be used in Spiderman - Lizard, Kraven the Hunter, Rhino, Mysterio, Hammerhead, Silvermaine, Electro, Shocker, and lots more I'm sure!

I'd like to see the next one go Shocker or Electro for sure along with some other badies.

More than that, you need someone who can be authoritative. Captain America orders around a freakin' Norse god for crying out loud. Whoever plays Cap needs to make the audience think "I'd follow him to hell, and he's not even real."

And I don't have a single name to offer for that role. It's hard to figure out. Ultimately, I think the actor will be a lesser-known guy, but will wind up being very good for the role.

Personally, I'd much rather see an relatively unknown actor play Thor. The previous guy from HBO's Rome doesn't sound like a bad choice; Karl Urban (from LOTR and Doom) would be pretty convincing as well.

I think they may go that route with the Capt. America movie. In Iron Man right after he gets back from the Middle East you can see Capt. America's shield in the background laying on one of the tables, of course it could have been something to get fanboys excited but if it was to set something up it would fit perfectly with what you posted.

What??????? Rhino, Electro, or hell the complete Sinister Six. There's plenty of great villains for Spidey to face. But Spidey has always been about his life rather than his villains.

Oh while we're on Spider-Man, I finally figured out why Spider-Man 3 sucked so hard.

The 3rd Spiderman was garbage and that would explain it. I would have liked that movie a lot more if it had just been the sandman and the symbiote/alien costume. It would have made a better movie, he could have gotten rid of the costume at the end and set up the 4th with Venom. It did appear that the movie was 'mashed' together and rushed, way too much going on in way too little time. Could have picked someone better for Venom as well. Hopefully the execs back off any future Spidey films. If something isn't broken don't fix it.

It's better than nothing and there's also MOS, which should happen. There had been talk about WW, Flash, Green Lantern, all of them are in production hell. Then there was the one that a lot of people anticipated, JLA. That has been scrapped and good too, since most of the actors were terrible choices.

There is a rumor going around they might film Spidey 4 and 5 at the same time but they still need to get a cast together with MaGuire on the fence and Dunst likely not coming back if her interviews after Spidey 3 came out are any indication of what her plans are.

My guess for the Captain America movie is it will go through how he became Captain America and some of his major exploits, leading up to his "final" mission where he destroys the nuke and falls to the ocean.

And then in the avengers movie it will start with a stark industry or S.H.I.L.E.D ship finding him frozen in the artic.

A main reason why i think this is in the ultimates comic series(which is probably what they are basing the movies on seeing Samuel L. Fury) Captain America is unfrozen and is pretty much immediately brought into the group.

    Captain America, Thor Details Leaked

Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, confirmed that the upcoming The First Avenger: Captain America will be a World War II period piece, like the comic book on which it is based, and he shot down a rumor that Matthew McConaughey was in line to play the hero.

Feige, speaking to online journalists at Universal Studios on May 21, added that Captain America would help set up the eventual Avengers movie, which follows six weeks later. (Feige also confirmed what many fans have speculated: That the star-shaped object in Tony Stark's workshop in Iron Man is indeed part of Cap's famous shield.)

Feige also talked about the upcoming Thor movie, confirming that it will take place mostly in Asgard, the mythical Norse realm of the gods, and not in the contemporary real world. "The film is not all Asgard, but it will be a big chunk in Asgard, yeah," Feige said.

Feige promised an announcement about a director for Thor "later this summer." Mark Protosevich (The Cell) is drafting a script, which should be submitted in a couple of weeks, he added.

Feige also confirmed release dates for Marvel's future slate of superhero movies: Iron Man 2 on April 30, 2010; Thor on June 4, 2010; The First Avenger: Captain America on May 6, 2011; and The Avengers on July 1, 2011.

As for a second Iron Man movie, Feige said that talks are underway with director Jon Favreau to return and that he hopes to wrap them up soon.
