I'm slowly coming around on Ross. Especially if he lands Fisher. I think I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was all a learning curve. As for Ireland, still not convinced.
Glazer is right about 40% of the time. The real problem is Ross believes in old school approach where managers manage and coaches coach. Holgren has mentioned and I think hes a real case study. In Green Bay Holgren was HC only wins Super Bowl. Leaves Green Bay over dispute involving "drafting his players" In Seattle Holgren has total control including HC, GM, and Vice President. Seattle nevers gets over the hump. Seattle Vice-President Holgren fires Seattle GM Holgren and resigns from Vice-Presidency. The job is just to do from man. The One Voice philosophy works in college but not the pros to many variables. Bottom line Ross is looking a coach not a coach/manager wannabe
