Would be surprised if they didn't go after Ferentz.

He looked like he was going to have a heart attack yesterday. I felt bad for him. His team is awful, especially with Palco as the QB. He even got an unsportsmanlike penalty in the 2nd half. He needed to go.

Possibility but unless he's changed his mind last I knew he had no interest in the NFL.

Well, it doesn't help his cause that he is missing his starting QB, RB, and FS. Really, the man can only do so much.

Todd Haley has struck me as a bad leader ever since I saw that exchange he had with Anquan Boldin during a playoff game prior to his being hired in Kansas City. And he's given plenty of reasons to assume he's a bad leader in Kansas City, IMO.

Which, incidentally...that meltdown between Bill O'Brien and Tom Brady...that was pretty bad. I don't know what to think of that yet. I don't think it speaks highly of O'Brien to lose his cool with a player like that.

The only thing that scares me a little is Kirk Ferentz is notorious for resisting when offered to go to the pros, and the second guy rumored to be on the list in Kansas City is Jeff Fisher. Jeff Fisher is also rumored to be high on Miami's wish list and Miami has their hands tied while Tony Sparano remains in charge of the team.

I think if we lose the Buffalo game, Sparano will be fired so that we can begin officially looking for a new coach.

I think it would have happened after this Philadelphia game if we had lost the Oakland game, but our crushing victory against Oakland made it very difficult to fire Sparano after the Eagles game no matter what the outcome, even though if you believe Armando Salguero, the Eagles loss DID trigger an internal decision that Tony Sparano will not be retained. They just can't make that official yet because of the Oakland game. However, they can if we lose to the Bills.

If the plan really is for us to move on without sparano, Ross better get moving. Teams are already getting a head start on us. Nolan is still employed so we have a guy capable, and experiencd as a head coach who can take over for now.. So why wait any longer.. Just Getty it over with now
