This is not the reason he's a wash, its because he preferred his personal massage therapist over the teams facilities. This is just a side story. Not saying it should be ignored, but it's not why he isn't playing sunday.

Whatever, I hope the players duct tape Sparano to the field goal by the end of the season. At least I would have some respect for the players if they revolted...

This is a sign the players may not be trusting the organization as fully as you need to have great success, imo.

Lack of trust in your own company is a culture problem that starts at the top, with leaders whose credibility is questionable.

I expect we'll see more 'symptoms' of this malaise cropping up as the season continues.

Not that I'm in to conspiracy theories as I absolutely loathe baseless claims, but I wonder whether or not this is a move by Ross? He's yet to fire Sparano, even after having publically stating twice that if the Dolphins lost "next week" his status would be reevaluated. That alone tells me he's in for tanking the season.

Now Vontae Davis is out for "disciplinary" reasons and not medical reasons?

You know, after giving all of this its due consideration, how Ross is more about making money than making a football team, I am truly beginning to believe he's going to tank the season just to draft luck...not for the purpose of building a better football team, but for ticket sales.

In my estimation, here's what's going to happen.

We'll tank the season, go 0-16...joining the ranks of the 76 Buccaneers and the 08 Lions as the only winless teams in NFL history
    We'll draft Luck
Ross will hire new Head Coach
Luck will not start due to him being a rookie and our new HC will start a veteran in his place
Ross will pressure the new HC to start Luck since that's what the fans bought tickets to see (memories of Culpepper come to mind)
Luck will get injured and we're back to square one.

I hope to God I'm wrong. I really do, but if we lose to KC today and Ross doesn't fire Sparano, that's the game plan...and that's what's going to happen. Medicocrity for another 10 years.

If Ross fires Sparano after a win, then that's the gameplan...I personally don't want the inevitable 2 week emotional spark from firing the Head Coach. Ross not firing Sparano is the only thing he's done right since he's got here.

The Dolphins signed WR Julius Pruitt to the 53-man roster on Saturday. Pruitt was cut by Miami at the end of training camp back in September.

No need to worry, you're way off the mark. Guys like Ryan, Flacco, and Cam Newton among others start right out the gate but somebody is going to feel the need to bench Luck for a season? Not likely. This isn't Tim Tebow we're talking about. Billboards won't be needed to get him on the field. That last one is the usual paranoia that no player can ever be that good in Miami.

Even without Vontae, the Phins will still pull out the upset. Here's why.
