The only team more ******ed than the Dolphins is the Rams. Bad news is Bradford got hurt Sunday so they will be playing with our old friend AJ Feely.

This week is bad news for us in the SFL sweepstakes. We host Denver while all the other crappy teams play pretty good teams.

I've never rooted for Tebow before in my life....ugh!

 

It really doesn't matter if there is a ,"Suck for Luck", campaign by the fans or not. The fact is that the Dolphins are doing a great job of sucking this season, whether or not Luck is available when their turn comes in the 2012 draft.

 

I think we are way past the point of 'winnable games' I'll believe we can get out of our own way and win when it happens.

I love the fans saying "Where is your pride? We have a winning tradition!" or calling people Fake fans. Yes, let's cheer for the Dolphins to win 4 games instead of 1! Hooray! I'm not cheering against them, I just don't care! I hope they lose deep down so after week 17 we can have the top draft pick.

How could you not want the #1 draft pick at this point??? Really? Oh I'll be cheering....cheering for the Luck, Jones, Griffin....Cheering for the FUTURE so we can go back to being relevant.

Not that it would have made a smidgeon of a difference, but the officiating last night was almost as bad (and totally one-sided) as in the SB Pittsburgh won against Seattle.

This thing is gonna be epic. I consider this a conference championship. But be warned....Tim Tebow will not have anybody to throw to, and the Broncos are just as bad as we are.

I am scared to death of this game. Terrified. I think we can deliver a severe blow with a win this sunday, and reduce our margin for error drastically.

I think 1-15 will be necessary to get Luck.

 

Denver will have the element of surprise. I'm really not sure what their offense is going to look like. do they go full spread or try and shoehorn Tebow into what they normally do?

And TBH, I don;t think anybody is exactly sure what the atmosphere is going to be like in that stadium come Sunday. I know I'll be sitting on my hands

 

What is it , 8 teams with with 1 or no wins? lots of teams still in play , too early to dwell on it imo.

 

Between this from the NFL SFL race to secure #1 pick in the draft, and the College Bowl Series having 8? undefeated teams and hoping all hell breaks loose to f'up the stupid non-playoff system I am loving this time of year right now.

 

I too have to say the officiating was bad last night. If the Fins werent in the SFL campaign, a lot more people would probably be pissed...

 

Don't forget about Cleveland. Both as a possible #1 candidate (they have two wins but they only beat us and Indianapolis while they had the mother of all soft schedules) and as the team with the best uptrade shot due to holding two first round selections in 2012. Tom Heckert Jr. isn't a fan of Colt McCoy and unless Holmgren pulls the boss card again and risks losing Heckert, they're in the market for a better QB.

 

That's a good point, but they already had 2 wins and still play Seattle, St. Louis, Arizona, Jacksonville and possibly a resting Steelers team the last game of the year. They have to be able to get at least one more out of those. We're lucky if we have 2 winnable games from now until the end of the year.

 

As much as last night sucked, I just can't jump on this bandwagon...I'm hoping we get a win vs. The Broncos Sunday, hell we better, I'm going to a gameday party all Broncos will be there....Don't let me down guys....Go Fins!!!!

I think you shouldn't get your hopes up too much, it will be another ugly game, especially with Matt Moore at QB, a "Monster/Beast" #1 WR who drops more balls then any #1 WR in the NFL and a defense that has 0 pass rush...

 

Hey maybe our savior Sage Rosenfels will play and take us to the...oh who am I kidding..
Hmm maybe Marshall will light it up against his former team, could be what he needs..
The defense hopefully disrupt Tebow, though I feel the crowd will be pro Tebow...

 

Marshall could have a Monster game, if he's starting to catch those balls throwing to him in the redzone/endzone and not going out of bounds in open space! Your boy Bess is the forgotten man since Henne went down, they need to involve him more again, he is our best WR! And talking about Tim Tebow, he'll probably defeat us by himself!

While the whole team is struggling I can get behind this attitude.

Wins matter, it lets the league know you can't be forgotten. Thats been our hallmark since Sparano got here. It's what we must continue to do imo. Even when we lost in the past we fight. Its the only way to succeed in life. If you give up so you can get something you haven't earned you have failed, you've given up. If you give up on yourself you've quit. Quiters never win.

Lets win what we can and get what is our's by right. If we tank it then everyone will say for ten yrs they're only good because they sucked for luck. I'm not into it.

First of all it's stupid for the media to ask players about this. What do they want them to say? "Oh we love it!" NO. Smart for the media though, because they know they'll get good sound bytes out of it. I just hope fans don't make a big deal of "Suck for Luck" at the stadium. Just stay quiet, let it play out, whatever.

Odrick and Bell however said they hate the idea, but they don't blame the fans for it. That's the best way to describe it.
