No, no. That's an excuse for Henne. Henne should of willed the ball into Marshall's hands.

Perhaps Henne wasn't a problem, but sadly he wasn't enough of an answer either.

The answer should have been Marshall making the plays he left on the field.
Chad Henne can't catch the ball for him.
Sorry but top 5, diva WR, or just an NFL superstar will make those type plays.

I don't think Henne looked great but we have a lot bigger problems than Chad Henne right now IMHO. There seems to be no part of our team that is consistent or reliable right now. Is that because of personnel or coaching or a combination of both?

You won't get an argument from me on that play. Henne made some great throws today, but he didn't make enough of them.

Henne should've probably had 2 TDs today, but that still wouldn't have been a successful red zone day for him IMO given the # of chances the team had.

Who cares if it would have been a good red zone day. It might have been enough to win the football game.

Either way folks bagged on DT here and he did put the ball on the ground. Good performance by the kid.
Looked like Jabbar in his first game back in '96.

Henne played an average game, now it didnt help that whenever we are in the redzone we have a habit of ****ing up one way or another.
You really cant settle for FGs though.
We need to play a complete game, I just dont think we can.

I'm saying it (2 TDs) wouldn't have likely been enough to win, that's why I said it still wouldn't have been a good red zone day.

Uhhm you said two TD's Stitches. Go back and read. Marshall dropped one and killed a drive with a drop in space that would have been a big play.
You are reaching bro. We were in this game.
Did you watch it at all.

And that is the thing about this loss, it was not just on Henne, or the Defense, or Marshall, this was a Team loss.

Imo, the D and O played well enough to win, the ST did not, which was somewhat predictable tbh.

Largest problem of the Sparano Era has been the lack of total team performance, it is like whichever unit that is focused on during the week improves, but the one that is not focused on, regresses.

Henne had 1 TD, if Marshall didn't drop the other TD that would have been 2 TDs for Henne. Exactly like I said.

    I'm not reaching at all.

Because I'm saying Henne didn't play good enough (even forgiving him for a TD that Marshall should've had) that means I didn't watch the game now?

I'm not sure where I said we weren't in the game either.

I think Henne played great last week and ok this week. He's definitely an improved QB but he's at best a good qb and not a great one. And I'm still underwhelmed by Sparano as a HC. The guy just can't seem to win. Change the coordinators, add new talent and the team is still mediocre. It's time for a change.

Reshad Jones is simply awful KillahP, he gets caught inside constantly and leaves the Cb out to dry, Sapp last week, Carrol this week.

So that pass that Johnson dropped that would have been a sure TD makes him average?

As someone who has not been a big supporter of Henne, I too have to agree that he has played much better this year. I would still like to see him be more effective when the game is on the line. He seems to move the team fairly well during the first three quarters, but as has been his failure since he became the starter two years ago. He doesn't have much success getting the team in the end zone in the fourth quarter.

This offense is still new to him and the rest of the Dolphin offensive players, so hopefully Henne will continue to progress and improve his play in the latter part of the games. So far though, he has been one of the few bright spots on a team that needs a lot more players to shine before they can expect to become a winning organization again.

Warren Sapp's Twitter handle is QB Killa.

Reshad Jones's should be CB Killa.

I thought there is an internet rule against using 3 consecutive P's D22?

It's true though, imo what happens is Sparano micromanages things and the Staff does not have Authority to do whatever they feel is best to make their unit the best it can be, everything runs through him and there are just so many things that can be done in that command structure.

This is why one wk, the O is good, but the D isn't, next week, D is good, ST isn't, the adjustments from week to week are just hindered..IMVHO

Henne has played better, but he's not a gunslinger. He's 2nd tier QB at best.

Henne played fine for what he is. It woulda been a bad game if it was Brady, but a perfectly adequate one for Henne.

Players have some responsibility to be sure , but putting players in a position where they are unlikely to succeed is more on management in my mind. Miami was not prepared imo . We don't have a S that makes plays and we were caught not having enough CB depth .

Disagree, when your FS is caught inside, and the Cb was playing as if he has over the top help, we see the results...you cannot have that and expect to win that match up D22.

CC cannot come back fast enough..RJ experiment=ovah

You think Ybell and CC are the answers?

At best I think they are serviceable if you are very good in other defensive areas.

Ricky's criticisms of Sparano were correct , he liked him but that didn't preclude him from an honest evaluation.

Sure, also noticed that we were in the game with RJ and YB not having particularly good games and NC at Cb

That tells me we are not on climb the ledge time..yet, we are not far away.

When is Clemons supposed to be back anyway? We need a boost back there in a big way.

    And I hope VD's injury isn't serious.

I'm just so tired or moral victories. I think Henne is much improved this season, and Daniel Thomas looked like an absolute beast. However, it's time to start WINNING some ****ing games. Put a complete game together. Too much talent on this team to lose like this.

Yes, Daniel Thomas is going to be decent/good. I was glad when we drafted him.

Reggie Bush dances too much behind the LOS. Thomas just leaps to his hole and goes forward.... I like it.

I was not a fan of Thomas at all, but he did look good this week. The big concern is ball security though - he lost the ball in a key situation, and while I think the Texans punted, it killed a decent drive and some momentum. Fumbleitis will end your career quick.

The OL is not looking great, but you know what, neither did Philly or Atlanta's and both have put up over 30. We must start getting more TDs if we expect to win anything.
