So… where's the "our defense is great" crowd? How about the "we're fine with the free safeties we have on the roster" crowd? The sad thing is this was pretty predictable.
Absolutely awful, awful, awful defense. Blown coverage, piss poor tackling. Typical Dolphin defense. The offense gives them a lead and they allow them to go bang bang bang right down the field.
Seriously though....if you look at how our D has played with Nolan......we tend to give up yards and a drive early......then he makes adjustments. Theyll get it worked out......
Sean Smith is so afraid to tackle. And long drives by our offense and then our defense gives it back quickly, we have seen this before.
The coverage on Gronkowski by Bell wasn't bad at all. It was just a helluva throw. A lot like our play to Fasano on our drive.
Reshad Jones ****ING SUCKS. Gets faked out on the Post play, gets owned by Welker on the quick hitch, Slow to get to Gronkowski on the deep slant, and out of position on the TD run. Brady is going to aim at him all night.
We'll miami didn't get any pressure on Brady that whole drive. Never touched him. Brady struggles ONLY when you pressure and hit him. Is what it is. You let him stand back there and he will dissect your d apart.

From the replays, it was Burnett hitting him first and failing to wrap up. Dansby might have missed the 2nd time around, but Burnett whiffed.
Not worried about giving up a first drive like that to Brady.....not at all. Thats gonna happen....look how they did it to the Jets early.......guys a Hall of Famer for a reason. Much more concerned with how we adjust...
