We only have two qb's on the roster so we'll have to find a way to designate a wr as an emergency qb to get that extra guy or we'll have to sit 8 players instead of 7. I believe as part of the new CBA they tweaked the rule. As for other inactives: I think you have one of the two between Moore and Wallace inactive. Certainly one, maybe both Yeatman and Mastrud inactive. Jimmy Wilson, Ike Francis, Ryan Baker or Phillip Merling, and probably another OL would all be inactive.
