Kendall Langford - DL - Dolphins The Dolphins have reportedly opened long-term contract talks with DE Kendall Langford. Langford is slated to earn $1.4 million in the final year of his rookie deal. A key piece in Miami's sixth-ranked defense last season, Langford graded out as a top-five all-around 3-4 defensive end, according to Pro Football Focus http://www.rotoworld.com/
I'd much rather they get Kendall Langford resigned to a long-term contract than Paul Soliai. He's much more valuable to me than a run-down only player who may or may not dog it once he gets paid. Langford has been better than Soliai longer, and is also incredibly versatile. If this coaching staff gets the boot next off-season, Langford is suddenly not going to be out of style with a new defense.
Good to see guys come in, pay their dues and get rewarded. That's how you build a team. Next up are Soliai and Wake.
were not gonna have to...MCD is a prime example...everyone told me he would be gone, I said MCD is Irish's boy, you dont scout, trade for and develope into a beast if your going to let him go without compensation..Signed that mother grabber didn't we.. Wake is Irish's signature move baby, premier pass rusher in the game, for nothin..He isn't going anywhere...sleep well.
I think we won't have to choose but I just don't think we should focus on Langford right now we should focus on resigning wake and soilia
