    I am just reacting to something I read kill me, *****ing as you call it is my reaction to a team that hasn't had the greatest track record for over a year now IMO....from the owner on down, and the results pretty much reflect so the past few years, as they have regressed...

    Pads, you have full faith and confidence in the organization right now?

    As Evan Silva tweeted earlier today:

    Whether other rookies got a playbook or not - not giving Pouncey one when he was in and the lockout was lifted was dumb. The whole group (Ross, Ireland and Sparano) make more stupid mistakes than anyone.

    The way this organization is run, it is much, much closer to the Raiders in ineptitude (sans Davis' senility) than it is to the Steelers' or Packers' organizational soundness.

    If it's true, it is just one more example of how LAME our off season is and how little we prepare in the off season and Pre season.

    No excuse for this nonsense.

    If some draft choices got a playbook , I am sure it has been copied and forwarded to those who didn't.

    Pretty easy to facilitate , no reason that if one got the playbook , all don't.

    I'm hearing reports our former playbook was two pages with some fill in coloring required as well as a few fill in's and connect the dots.

    about ross:
    1) are you assuming that it was the owner's responsibility to give him the playbook?
    2) as for not knowing the protocol for firing & hiring in the NFL, he is a new owner...
