My opinion is Marshall was a waste of time with the Dolphins and he continues to prove me right. Fans get their minds wrapped around their personal superstars and it's clouds their vision of that player when they screw up. The same thing happened when Ronnie Brown got a DUI. I was right in that situation too. The player was at fault.

I might give Marshall a little more leeway if he was the player everyone talks him up to be. If he could put up more than the measly 3TD's or catch the ball and fall down for three yards instead of breaking tackles he might not be in my doghouse. I actually let off him a little bit lately and look what happens. He goes and gets involved in trouble again. This is not a coincidence this is a pattern with this guy. Trouble off and on the field, mediocre and over rated on the football field. I was waiting for the first mention of Henne in this thread cause I knew it was coming. Its all relevant. Henne gets a free pass by you because the system and OC sucked. BUT, Marshall is a waste because he didnt produce enough for you to back him. Thats hypocritical to say the least. They were BOTH members of the SAME offense, same game planning,same play calling , same OC , but in your eyes Henne was the result of a bad offensive system and Marshall just flat out sucks because he didnt come up big in the SAME system. Do you know the difference between a young QB and a supposed star WR? Henne is developing and was put behind the 8-ball with the two clowns that were coaching him. Marshall is supposed to be a veteran leader who makes plays all over the field. He hasn't done that. Geez man you can't seriously be comparing these two football players. Ridiculous! Not an excuse man just fact. Marshall should be better than he is but he lacks focus and now he is involved in yet another off the field issue. I'm not sure why you are defending him so vehemently. He really isn't worth it. There were like 60 other WR's in the league last season with more TD's.

I'm not really getting your hatred for Marshall. Did he have a bit of a down year? Sure. But the OC, play-calling and QB were also very sub-par. Yet only Henne gets a pass from you. Whatever.

Holy Hannah!! I have never seen a team have more issues with the safety of their players than the Dolphins. From Mercury Morris, to David Overstreet, to Rusty Chambers, to Cecil Collins, to Brandon Marshall. It also seems like were are traditionally the most injured team in the NFL every year too (I think) - what gives?
