Oh, I thought dallas was first pick of the day because they picked at like 10. Didn't check the schedule, I'm on my phone at work.

There can be a case made that he's the third best cornerback IMO.

I think it's pretty strong, personally. You have a few tier one guys and a bunch of tier two and tier three guys.

Agreed. The question here is where the second tier begins; is it after Amukamara is off the board, or does it begin when Brandon Harris is off the board? I think the latter, personally.

Now I really have no desire to trade up. Cowboys and Bills took both guys I was most interested in.

Not weak, those are the only two I'd put money on starting from day 1 is all.

I just don't know much about him to be honest. Do I think he will go later in the real draft? Yes, but that doesn't mean its not a good pick imo. I think most people here trust your opinion on rookies.

I'm a little surprised that no one knows much about him, honestly. I know he plays at New Mexico State but the guy is pretty good.

I don't think there's much of an early pick because everyone has different values of players. If you take a guy two full rounds ahead of where they probably should go then that's a different story but for the most part, its OK IMO. I don't value Ras-I-Dowling as highly as Adamprez does though.

Or is it after Davon House? Because in some peoples view, after Amukamara, it may be House, not Harris.

Clearly the CB class falls off after Van Dyke, the obvious #2 CB.

    Clearly.

What Im saying is nothing suprises me while surfing through the 4,000,000 experts sites...I have seen some odd stuff but while I can disagree its not like I really know for sure.

I saw one site that had Locker as the 1st QB taken and it was published THIS MONTH....while to me its laughable the guy could end up being 100% right.

Aaaand Pittsburgh ends up drafting the guy who many including myself will end up being the best 5 technique in the draft. Nice work Pitt.

I tried to trade up for CAM despite the talent i already have at 3-4 DE...

    Real nice pick.

Yeah i would have just been forced to take Heyward at 49 if he were still on the board.

If I ran a 3-4, I definitely would have selected him at #32. Complete steal in the middle of the 2nd round.

I think there are better 5 techniques, but it's a pretty good draft for that position IMO. Great pick still though at this point.

Kinda hard to make an argument for anyone other than Petterson and Amukamara being #1 and #2.

I agree, infact if u ask me Peterson is #1 by a wide margin...now I do have Harris as the #3 CB because I didnt like a few things I saw from Smith. But Im sure that opinion will vary also.

    Draft time sure b funz.

Man that felt like forever, I was at work ready to pick for the longest time. I thought we were going to fly through, but I just ended up drafting pretty much at my slotted time. We were so far ahead, I thought we could get to the third round by tomorrow, wishful thinking I guess.

Well this pick reminded me of the year Joe Flacco fell down to me. I'm good with giving Henne some competition. It's been a strange year for QBs.

Was wondering when Locker was gonna be drafted. Are the inaccuracy and decision making issues correctable? Jim Miller likes Locker a lot and feels he wont get out of the first round. He says his issues are correctible. He also still think John Beck can start at qb in this league but i digress. .
