I am pretty pumped for Mania so far. I dont see how they make Cole/King work unless ARi helps out. I am a little worried thah HHH is going to be the man to take out Takers streak. Someone pointed out to me on another site that they wouldnt let him retire with the streak....uh...why not? I just cant help but go back to when Nash was in some power at WCW and he appointed himself as the man that would end Goldbergs undefeated streak.....And I see HBK getting involved in this somehow.

I doubt Triple H wins as it would make zero sense for either guy and it's not like Triple H needs the win to get over. Plus it would hurt any future Undertaker WM matches if he doesn't have the streak. I'd be shocked if Taker lost at WM ever. Word is HBK will be the special guest ref to add drama to the match.

There is a world of difference between Goldberg's streak and the Undertaker's along with Nash's booking power, plus if anything Triple H has really cooled down on using his backstage power to dominate the current roster. If this was 2002-04ish then yeah I'd be very worried but I think both the WWE, McMahons and Triple H realize that there's still plenty of money to be made with keeping the Undertaker undefeated.

I'm extremely upset to learn the WWE cancelled plans to put out Best of RAW Seasons 3 & 4 this summer, word is they cancelled the DVD set because RAW 1 & 2 didn't sell that well. But I am pretty excited for Best of Nitro coming out in June, too bad it's only a 3 disc set. They have a ton of great matches/interviews during those 6 years but if RAW set didn't sell well I doubt a Nitro season set would. Plus you have the whole Benoit thing to worry about too with the sets.

Word is TNA will have a big surprise tonight at their show and it's expected to be the return of Sting who is rumored to have signed a new deal with them. Does anyone really care? I mean Sting coming to the WWE would be a big deal but him going back to TNA doesn't make me want to put the TV on.

They don't. I haven't watched even a minute of it since last Jan when they have the few Monday episodes. I was done after the 2nd week. They have some talented guys but it's just not interesting to me.

All I've seen of TNA is a bunch of idiotic dialog that lasted forever. Never once flipped it to an actual match. Granted, I like the stupid banter on the WWE, but it doesn't last for 2 entire segments.

TNA is running promos for Sting similar to what the WWE ran for the Undertaker's return. Seriously though when your product is already 2nd rate why make it look even worse?

The story lines are just so stale. The whole "Fortune" thing, and the Jarret Angle feud...just poorly done IMO.

I liked the Jarret Angle feud up until about a week ago. Everything else sucks and the fact that they are bringing sting back like people care is a little disturbing. The only reason people were jazzed about sting was the possibility of something new and fresh with him being in the wwe.

Stone Cold will be on RAW next Monday the 8th...most likely to plug Tough Enough.

WWE is promoting The Rock answering John Cena's comments from last week. I guess that means The Rock will be there live tonight or in the very least a taped interview. Should definitely be interesting there. Also it's nice to see the WWE is hyping the Cena/Miz WM match much like they did the Triple H/Jericho WM19 match with The Rock playing the Stephaine McMahon role aka Miz taking a backseat and being a forgotten man right now. Of course I can't/don't blame the WWE for doing it that way.

Also Triple H is going to give an interview to hype his match with The Undertaker, which has been in the works since last August.

    Twitter war-of-words between CM Punk and Shawne Merriman of the Barfalo Jills;

CM Punk: "Watching Shawne Merriman of the buffalo bills hit on our divas and strike out, reminds me of the Bills in the Super Bowl. choke."

Shawne Merriman: "I was just giving you guys some hope look like you were struggling by the pool. Sympathy from Lights"

Punk: "If you could get to a QB as fast as you ran after our divas maybe you'd make headlines being a pro bowler and not a creep."

Merriman: "How about I come and deliver a nice special lightsOut *** woopin tonight Costa Rican Style."

Punk: "Clearly, I have defeated you. However, You will have plenty of time to think of a better come back while you ride the bench for another entire season. Good luck getting to the Super Bowl! With love, CM Punk."

Merriman: "Do me a favor turn your little wrestling underwear around and give yourself a wedge - see you later Punk without the CM."

As much as I love seeing The Rock back doing what he does best, I don't really understand their angle. They're making the headliner at Wrestlemania all about The Rock and Cena. Meanwhile The Miz is the champion and Cena's opponent and he's looking like the 3rd wheel here.

Tivo'd but havent watched tonite's episode yet. but i am already on record... the Cena heel turn is coming and The Rock is going to get him over as a heel leading into 'Mania. he'll work Mania as a babyface and end the night as a heel, kinda like Bret Hart vs Stone Cold in the iron man match at Mania.

These Rock promos leave me scratching my head. People say Rock doesn't intend to get back in the ring ever, but I'm starting to feel like there is going to be something else on the agenda come wrestlemania. Miz will lose the belt or something weird will happen between now and then.

Because Cena/Miz isn't going to sell any extra buys but promoting the crap out of The Rock will and since Cena is the 2nd biggest star the WWE has right now The Miz is taking a backseat. I don't like it either but I don't blame the WWE for doing it that way. The Miz is going to be great but he's not there yet.

Good thing Sheamus is a friend of Triple H right? Man he needs to move to Smackdown yesterday, how could he get any heat (which he never had in the first place) back after getting destroyed by Triple H and then losing to Evan Borne in 5 seconds. He must have pissed someone off backstage. Whatever I never really was a fan of Sheamus, his matches are boring and he's never been over but the guy really needs to get off RAW since he's just moving backwards now.

Please please please please have the Rock on Raw next week... Stone Cold will be there and a promo between the two would bring back so many memories!

How many times have guys walked away from the ring only to come back later? I remember when Shawn Michaels lost the belt to Stone Cold at Wrestlemania back in the 90s. That was supposed to be his last match. It was for a while. Unless the Rock has said pretty recently that he wasn't going to wrestle I wouldn't completely count out the possibility. You heard the man in his last interview, it's in his blood. There's only so much electrifying you can do with just a mic. We'll see I guess.

Well that's not really a great example as Michaels was forced to walk away due to injury. It's actually a miracle he came back since his back was badly messed up. A better example would be Ric Flair or Mick Foley. Of course the difference between Flair/Foley and The Rock is the Rock is still bringing in 8 figures a year making movies while someone like Flair needs the paycheck. I still don't buy that The Rock will ever wrestle a match again but stranger things have happened and wrestling is like the mafia, you're never really out unless you're dead.

I don't think he'll ever do it again regularly but I bet he'll get the itch to do another match at some point. Physically he's able and the chance of some injury messing him up so bad he can't do anymore movies seems pretty slim.

The past few RAWs have been awful. The only thing saving them have been The Rock's two promos and the Triple H/Undertaker stare down. Everything else has been almost unwatchable/boring.

Really that was John Cena's response to The Rock? I understand it's hard to go toe to toe with the guy on the mike but that promo was just bad minus the t-shirt.

But hey it's good to see The Miz on RAW finally, I mean he IS the champion and all.
