I live in Carolina and have watched Yates for a while and I never thought he would even be drafted. I think alot of people and scouts are over analyzing his "decent" senior year. Yes, he improved but he didnt exactly light it up, alot of fans were expecting him to do better, he's been in the system for awhile.

I just dont see it, he doesnt have moxie. He's not a very vocal leader and he's thin skinned. He plays it safe, doesnt play to win, doesnt like to take chances. I see a back up QB at best. He holds the ball too long and he always throws to his first read and thus staring down his WR. I compare him to Brian Brohm from a few years back from Louisville. Both have similar arm strength and throwing motion. They both also have good football IQ's but like Brohm, I expect Yates to struggle adjusting to the speed of the NFL.

WOW , never seen this kind of dislike for a guy that may not even be drafted, or is a later pick in the draft.
