Former WR Ike Hilliard to join Dolphins coaching staff

Yeah I heard about that. I wonder how that work. Is he a good teacher?

 

I'm starting to think that they are trying to use coaches that had experience at the positions they are coaching. Should be interesting.

 

I agree Silverphin, hopefully a well-thought scheme.

And I see how it is, L2G and Gish get props but not a certain someone who made the middle graphic... haha!

SP, except for promoting Dorrell to QB coach. He has never coached QB's before even.

Another QB coach who has never developed an NFL QB. Hell he has never coached QB's. This is a disgrace.

EDIT: As for the Hilliard hire, if he can coach like he played, I like to move.

 

i'm starting to think they are desperate and are hiring anybody that answers the phone. on the bright side i have absolutely no hope/belief going into this season so what ever happens happens.
