Go get a power forward...and voila. Then it's a threesome.

Heat improved themselves more but the Bulls style will manifest itself in the playoffs, that style = super physical, in your face. If you feel so confident go and play them, I'll take the Knicks all day!

Personally the Magic look like a tougher out than the Bulls to me. The Bulls have bangers, but I don't think they have the guns.

If you are right the Celtics may have a tough road to hoe in the playoffs. I could very well see you having to square off with a speedy Knicks team before a physical Bulls team and then the Heat.

Those might be some tired old legs by the ECF!

agreed but in 2007 it was the Hawks, Cavs, Pistons then Lakers. It can be done. But you're right those legs are ancient!

The Knicks will be a 6 seed when it is said and done so unless Boston falls to the 3 seed then this is all moot.

If Boston goes to form...they will drop to 3rd.

The Bulls still have plenty of division games left...they can rack up a ton of wins there.

That's uber Boston homer Bill Simmon's theory.

I'm not sure who our worst player is.... Mario Chalmers or Juwan Howard. I'll stick with Juwan Howard but Mario Chalmers is surprisingly closing the gap. He's just a flat out terrible player, IMO. We've got to get another PG in here. Not worried about Juwan because UD will take his minutes in March.

We need a PG almost as bad as we need a C, IMO.

    Not this **** again.

Hd, how long have you been following the nba?

Denver was a lock tonight. Read my posts in the betting thread.

It is almost impossible to win in this spot.

Last 3 years, second of a b2b for east coast team going from west back to denver.......denver is 35-1

    Relax. Please.

I expected the Denver loss. I looked ahead to see if the Heat was likely to match that 16 game road winning streak record, but when I saw the schedule I knew it wouldn't happen. The Heat never wins in Denver, much less on the second night of a back to back. And that was before I heard Lebron was out. I was surprised by the loss to the Clippers though. I do think that was indicative of lost defensive focus.

In spots it is. They still won on defense versus Portland and Milwaukee. They were bad vs. the Clippers. The denver game was a throw away. But yes, they are getting to slow starts defensively for about 6 games now.

I do agree with HD though that Juwan Howard is practically useless out there. He plays decent defense ya, but nothing spectacular that makes up for his complete inability to do anything on the offensive end of the floor. When we throw out that line-up with both hima nd Joel in the front court I just sigh to myself, because we are essentially going 3-5 on offense in that situation. Haslem can't come back soon enough.

He's on track to come back right before playoff time supposedly. He could always have a set back of course but he should be back.

Bulls start the second half on a 17-0 run. LMFAO! Heat ended the first half on a tear, and he starts the second half with the same horrible line up that was getting crushed early on. Figures. No adjustments. Sigh.

You guys will never learn. At least people everywhere else know the deal and I'm not even close to the minority.

This was as good a loss as you are gonna get. No Lebron. Wade in foul trouble. Bosh sits the 4th quarter with a sparained ankle. and they need a lucky bounce off a miss to a Kyle Korver Three to win it.

The Bulls just don;t matchup. Not enough wing players. and that is with Lebron out.

Mike Miller looks to be getting back. he looked great out there tonight.

    Hmm...

    A Noah-less Bulls team beats a LeBron-less Heat team.

Today, Wade been to the free-throw line more than the entire Bulls team. Just saying.

Thank you, and thanks to everyone else on every other site who also agrees with me.

Chalmers is a tease. He comes up big against Deron Williams and Chris Paul, then goes back to his old ways. He takes terrible shots, makes terrible decisions, commits bone head foul after bone head foul, coughs up some of the dumbest turnovers I've ever witnessed in all my years of playing and watching basketball, gets torched off the dribble with relative ease, etc. I can go on and on about how bad he is down the stretch. The guy let Patty Mills make a fool of him for Christ's sake.

Good thing is, as Mike Miller comes into his own we should be seeing a perimeter of Wade/Miller/LBJ down the stretch. It takes Coach Spo a good 5-10 games to see the obvious and make adjustments though, so I still expect to see Chalmers on the floor in crunch time against Atlanta.

If I have issues then 95% of the Miami Heat fan base has issues. Everyone complained about the coach after the 9-8 start. So did the players (the same players that STILL aren't too fond of him). That player's only meeting started off with everyone *****ing about Erik Spoelstra, and guys coming together with the mindset that if they are going to get it done they're going to have to get it done as players because they do not trust their head coach.

I love it how Bulls fans collectively laughed at Spoelstra last night. Love it. We were dealt a bad hand going into that game, sure, and he shortened the deck even more. I'd expect an expertise gambler (now talk about someone who really has issues) to figure that out on his own.

No doubt in my mind that if Erik Dampier is on the floor down the stretch of that game the Heat are shooting FT's up 1 with 25 seconds to go. Who knows what happens from there.
