Well rarely do I plug another website, in this case Miami area Fans, and those outside of the Miami Area are looking at a good 10 months until football season kicks off again.

    So why not try:

    http://www.heatfreak.com

The NBA is fun and very low pressure to follow as there are just guys making plays, or not, the Heat are also surprisingly blue collar in their approach, this is NOT a team full of typical prima donna NBAers, this is one tough azz team that really does give 100% night in and night out and plays defense like it matters during the regular season.

Give it a shot, but be warned, streams are easier to find but the "commentariat" for the NBA is a bit like addled brained encyphalitics..pay them no mind.

Let me add, Bro Section 126 has plenty of Scoops on inside the NBA stuff

For me if there is no football I find myself doing activities other than watching a television.Nothing against other sports but not alot of interest for me. The good thing about Florida is there is alot of options.
Can't wait for next season and lets hope it will be better.

    Thank you for that...Knicks fan.

The site would be instructional for Dolphin fans to see what a good organization that has players that give a **** looks like. if for that alone, it is worth it.

IMHO, the NBA as a sport, and this drama with Lebron James that we're all supposed to somehow give a rats *** about is a complete and total joke. But have fun following a nonexistent sport.

He had a press conference to announce he was leaving his home state and talked about himself in the 3rd person. Come on now, he is now more villified than Bryant. Sad.

I shouldn't have called basketball a nonexistent sport. I should have called the NBA a nonexistent league. But that's only in my opinion. I won't try to stop you from loving it.

that is SAD. He held a TV special and made 5 million dollars for charity. He has never had a off the field incident. EVER. The only thing he was ever involved in was that there was a rumor that he was given a car to attend the high school he attended. (big deal) But make no mistake, the reason he is vilified is because the rest of the team's fans think they have no hope at beating him for the near future.

There is nothing to defend, is my point. he played out a contract, then signed with another team. That is all.

If he wanted to donate $5MM to charity he can do that himself. He did that press conf. because he is a megalomaniac. Are you saying that the Boston Celtics do not believe they can defeat the Heat? They have been the most outspoken team thus far against him. I am not saying he is a criminal, I am saying he turned his back on his home state after failing to beat Boston and now decided to get some back up to see if he can. Actually I am fine with that but the press conference was over the top and a slap in the face to Cleveland. Why not call the owner of the Cavs first and let him know that he loved his time there but wanted a change? Now VERY FEW outside Miami are rooting for him.

Again, I do not have an issue that he left and Miami is way nicer than Cleveland. But how he did it was in poor taste "I am taking my talents to Miami" - REALLY.

The Heat are a lot of things - talented, entertaining, dominant - but blue collar is not one. And the prima donna line is ridiculous. LeBron is pretty much the definition of prima donna.

I'm very willing to admit the Heat are an incredible basketball team - but don't try to convince me they are not prima donnas.

He definitely means just on the court. They play great defense (blue collar) and no one *****es about touches, etc.

Any team that plays defense 24/7, dives on the floor, takes charges and never complains about touches is the very definition of blue collar.

ALL athletes are prima donnas. ALL OF THEM. From Lebron James to Danny Woodhead.

His true colors showed throughout his "selection process" then his rant about being a target of racisim, having an obvious complex about forming a mini dream team by suggesting "its better for the NBA".

Lebron was the NBA's golden child before all this, now he has been exposed.

If you dont want to listen to me go read the 5 million negative reactions by fans of ALL teams (besides the Heat ofcourse) people found out who Lebron was this offseason.
