I just can't afford $400 for football right now. I would love to have the expendable income like some of you guys to watch every game in HD. The reality is that I will have to continue to search for streams to get my Dolphins games. Legal.....no but I don't think it is fair to charge $400 either. I just wish they would offer an affordable streaming option like MLB.

No, like this year, I will call, tell them I'm canceling, and get a deal like you did. Two of my friends did the same thing after I was successful.

I LOVE my Dolphins, but will not pay $400 for it. I stop at $250 - it's worth it to me at that price.

I'll say this, DirecTV usually will bend over backwards to keep people from cancelling. I would expect next season to be no different.

I wonder if this has anything to do w/ rumors of the Ticket going to other platforms:

I have MLB.TV and love it. I too wish the NFL would do affordable online streaming. But unfortunately I think this next CBA will break the bank and expect to pay a lot more for NFL Sunday Ticket. I still have not found anything on the web that will confirm this $ 399 price. Is the OP a credible person ?

im actually going to switch to it next year...ive been going to bars for years, but im ready for the convenience of my own house... plus i spend at least $50 a week with me and my fiancee at the games every sunday, and sometimes more, this past sunday we spent $80... even if i only go to the bar for 12 of the weeks because i get national games, and the Jets games being in NY... thats still $600...

With all due respect to the folks who provide the internet feeds, there's just no way I'm watching a glitchy, choppy feed of a game that's stream can be cut at crucial moments when I can either

a.) get Sunday Ticket at a deeply discounted price
    or
    b.) go to a bar.

Internet feeds are good for preseason. Beyond that the quality just isn't there for a regular season game, IMHO.

400 bucks is too much. I'm going to cancel if this is true. Especially considering that two or three games have come on here locally. [when the Ravens played a different time] I think I'll come out ahead just going to a sports bar for 10 to 12 games of the season. I hope more people follow suit. This is Directv trying to take advantage of a monopoly apparently.

    or......
get a cheap notebook and a compatible video out cable, link it to your tv and watch every sports game online for free.

I can live with the choppy web feed ( a really good graphics card & multi-core CPU helps out) esspecial when my team is loosing @ home & every other game.

Nope...he is a person of low morals and questionable character. For the record he also has nothing better to do except make stuff up. Don't forget the price this year was $369/$349 for those who early renewed...............5 payments or 69.95

I paid $180 this year, haven't paid full price in years. I didn't mind paying the $200 when that was the regular price.

We get Gamepass for the overseas guys which has hte same content bar blackouts for any games getting shown on local TV which is fine as thats covered by my TV subscription

I think this years was $240 for the entire season which is ok but if it goes up I will need to consider whether I will renew it next year.
