Jets dont have to lose out. They just have to lose to Buffalo and lose to Either the Steelers or the Bears. SD or KC have to lose 1 game. Both teams dont have to lose 1 game. Just 1 team. Also we cant finish tied with Jacksonville at 10-6. They beat us on the tie breaker. We hope Jacksonville beats Indy this weekend so they can win their division.
Interesting little fact - if the Jets lose this weekend @ PIT, the Dolphins are guarenteed to be alive in the final week of the season provided they just win.
The other interesting thing, is that robbing of a win against PIT for us becomes a huge factor just like many feared. Of course, if we could have just beat the damn Browns...
Which is reality, Henne has shown he can win ugly games if they keep him on a short leash: -Vikings -1st Bills - 2nd Jets The Browns game was the only low scoring game he has lost, which means even more careful play calling this time around as the Defense figures to have a good day so long as the offense doesn't screw it up. Killah, if you go to this one, either bring a 6 pack of red bull, or a pillow, it figures to be a snoozer.
The defense was exciting last game wasn't it? Figures to be again , and that isn't boring. Seeing this D develop is actually pretty exciting...
For us it is, 13-3 wins are not scintillating to come out and watch though.. What does have me stoked a bit is Cam Wake being 5 sacks behind the all time Dolphins Single Season Sack record. And keep in mind, the bills have won 3 of their last 4 games and we have not strung together back to back wins since weeks #1 and #2, granted Lee Evans will out of this game, but in Gailey's system, any one of the young guys could step up and make big plays.
Tell me. I went back and watched the Jets game last night and found myself moving forward in the second half to check out Fields punting the snot out of the football. I can't stomach watching that offense being inept for a second time. Love that young defense though!
