Well my point is, and one that VT made a couple of weeks ago, there exists paths to the playoffs, not that we WILL do so.

As long as that chance remains, it will be posted until it no longer exists.

And I've followed this team closely enough that I have formed some goals for it and that also has my interest peaked, I think we will see Lydon Murtha at RT the rest of the way, and I think Carey will either be released, or moved to G.

    Exactly...

Let me ask some of you. The Miami Dolphins are 100 percent still alive for a playoff spot. Not one person in this forum can prove that as of this point...Miami cannot make the playoffs. You can theorize they wont make the playoffs..and others can theorize they will make the playoffs..but in the end they are both theories. The only fact that remains is that Miami can get to the playoffs at 10-6...

Now why do any of you decide you know whats better for us...and say how wrong it is to think playoffs. I cant understand the huge amount of ego it must take..to say anything negative about anyone still
following the Phins playoff chances. Go follow a draft thread...go follow another team another sport...but if playoff talk bothers you...heres a huge shocker....STaY out of a playoff talk thread...

Didn't Shula have a 9-2 team that finished 9-7. It's improbable but not impossible

Do you even watch football? Do you know the odds of making a Super Bowl at the begining of the season, when all teams are 0-0? Your position, demeanor, and overall skeptism makes you look like the biggest front-running bandwagon fan I have ever seen.

"Boo-hoo, the Dolphins aren't 12-0. Sniff, sniff, it's a long, looooooong shot to make the playoffs. I'm going to stomp around and flame people who root for this team. Even though I call myself a fan."

    WTFE...

They lost 4 of their last five in 2008 against the Broncos, 49ers, Seahawks, and Dolphins. This year they have the Dolphins, Steelers, Bears, and Bills. And if you consider how they got lucky in 4 out of their last 5 wins, I'd say it was possible.

Do you also realize that Sanchez, in all of his glory, has thown 8 TD's and 11 INT's in his last 7 games. That matches what Henne has done. Yet, the Jests are 5-2 in those games and the Dolphins are 3-4. (Sorry, I just noticed that)
