As long as one or the other isn't "the boss" over the other, I don't see why it wouldn't work. ...and as a head coach, McDaniels made too many controversial moves without any payout. That's why he lasted less than 2 seasons...
Pat Bowlen is known for having a very slow trigger finger to can McAdolescent this quickly speaks volumes. Well, thank goodness he was there long enough to dismantle the Broncos Core, that was a good team he ruined.

I tried to like him, I really did, but he had to go. Also, I'm super depressed that he got rid of our whole offense instead of fixing the defense all for a year plus of service. What a waste I hope we start Tebow the rest of the season, it would at least add some excitement.
