Second year in a row, rely on the Fish, watch him destroy a season, 3 interceptions including the one that sealed the deal for the Browns. Big ***** was 4 dollars a pound, the Henne Fish costs a season, not sure which one was more expensive....
padre you are the 23rd redux. the last 2 weeks your all over henne, now your back to your old ways. jesus christ make a decision and stick to it.
One player does not win you games, and one player does not lose you games. You want to say he isn't helping win, fine, but he is not the sole reason for loses.
Wait a minute, was I the dude out there who threw 3 int's, including the one that lost the game? *that would be #7 BTW, this is the rant forum, not the "Gosh is that the right thing to say forum". I am pissed at that reject from Police Academy Films and would send his *** to the Blue Oyster Bar if it were in my power to do so.
This is the rant forum Bro, not the reasonable expectation one, if you no likey, no participatee... It is meant to allow member to blow off steam, if you wish to defend Fish start a thread in the mains.
It is the rant forum Bro, so why don't you take your #7 loving *** on down the road and masturbate to a picture of Henne in an orange uni or something.....? (just kidding Bro, I am massively disappointed, no "Closing Time" program now Henne sinks our season?) Come on mannnn!!!!!
The biggest fish right now just might be the one on the left in padre's sig. Three years and Sparano's game management skills, roster management, and overall ineptitude in big games has not improved. Yes, he can motivate, but there's more to being a head coach than that. I for one, am of the thought that Ireland is the only one of the Triumvirate that is semi-safe for now. Sparano will have burned through 1 coordinator in all 3 phases of the game at this rate in 3 years - not exactly a pretty self-portrait. As for the fish you pointed out, Hartline will be around next year, as will Jerry. Berger you can keep for depth, but he's very replaceable. Incognito has been downright awful at times, and you can certainly upgrade Moore and Wallace.
henne is damn cute in the orange. and the show will be back regularly scheduled wednesday. been busy week for me, moving into new place
Eh, I am still quite happy with the Sparanophins R4, as out of place as that may seem in a thread such as this, structurally my problem is Henne and Hennings' inconsistency, what in the name of Jon Stewart are they doing on offense? The Defense is straight out beasting, the offense AND special teams are a joke and that bothers me deeply. Another thing that surprises me is how some people can take a thread that is meant for venting seriously, come on folks lighten up a bit.
' Let's examine the losses shall we and see what cost us the season: 1: Jets-Defense and Special Teams 2: Patriots-Special Teams 3: Steelers-Defense and Offense's inability to score TD's in the red zone 4: Ravens-Defense and Henne's poor play 5: Bears-Offense (Henne didn't play) 6: Browns-Henne So after further review it looks like the inconsistent play of the team as a whole has cost us this season.
At least one person gets it.. TBH though, these home losses are just crushing, seriously, how long can fans be expected to pay good money to watch garbage at home, then the players complain about the fans? It's sick, so much so I will avoid the blogs this week as the SFL writers besides being hacks are not even good at being negative, let alone positive. Another "must win" another Henne 3 int performance, eegads not sure if I would ask him for an autograph or kick him in the nutz if I ever met him.
Projecting human qualites unto animals is a very old thing, besides people love animals, hate other people. Let a shark jump out of the water on NGC and "oohhh" let a person pay their bills..yawn...
Friend Padre31: has done Dolfandom a favor. unselfishly & without regard to his own situation within a hostile & misguided henephobic forum, he has spoken the simple truth. can't fix something you don't know is broke. love is blind & some people are slower than others to figure things out. time to collectively give up the man-crush & find someone new. its time to move on. thank you Padre31 for stating the obvious in an entertaining & palatable way. "Big Wussy is a Fish"
Its incredible how things change in a little over a months time. Would you still not trade Henne for Brady? This entire thread is good for a laugh... http://forums.thephins.com/showthread.php?55529-Potential-Alternatives-to-Henne-in-the-Future&highlight=alternatives
Now that was funny. I can't believe there were that many Henne homers back then. Even funnier is that some of them still are Henne homers.
Well keep in mind CiF, this forum is to blow off steam, not to write definitive, forever, views of a player. Henne's terrible play down the stretch still sticks with me, but I also think if you take the ball out of his hands maybe he can do a bit better, as he was throwing far to many passes in 2010 imo.
I would still like to have a quarterback that doesn't need to be surrouned by great players and have the ball taken out of his hands to be successful
Eh, young Qb's can struggle CiF, and I've been somewhat clear in my preference for Thigpen or Vince Young (more for entertainment value) but if Henne is the guy in 2011 as long as the running game is working I'll hope for the best out of him.
Please never mention Tyler Thigpen to me again ... I am all onboard the Vince Young train, but if Pigpen is our starting QB, we are in the Andrew Luck Bowl next year.
I wouldn't be sure about that CiF, Thiggy can do alright as long as he is not expected to be Tony Romo. Jim Zorn would be fine.. As for Henne, I get mad at players, and used this forum to blow off steam about them, I'm pissed at Henne because he played like a Balless Eunuch Dum-Dum, I like his toughness, do not like his lack of courage with the football, and have to wonder how much of that was David Lee in his ear hole as Thigpen and Marshall disregarded him and had good success vs the Patriots, and of course Lee went nuclear when they got to the sidelines. As much as I loved Lee bringing in the Wildcat (something Daboll runs as well btw) I sort of think he had the wrong temperament and philosophy for a Qb Coach. What is it Quint said in Jaws: "He is not a smart big fish, he's went under the boat.."
