Call me crazy if ya like but, for this thred, I would like to forget about dissecting, trisecting, and even stats, to see an opinion of what you actually think will happen on this Sunday.

I believe that Cleve is not a good team, and that we are going to Kick The Brownies ***.

I base this on nothing more than a gut feeling, and our team overcoming adversity in showing us something last week.

    Thoughts?

Its hard to win in this league without good QB play, and Cleveland does not have that. I agree with you 100%.

I half agree. I think Cleveland is a good team (ask the Patsies), but I think we beat them because we are better.

Dolphins struggle against elite teams, but they take control over mediocre teams.

    The Browns are mediocre.

    Dolphins win.

they're not a bad team. i would label them competitive, one level below being a good team, meaning they can play with just about anybody but lack the personnel to win in the end if the other good teams play well. however they are good enough if you dont come out with your A game you can lose to this team. They have one of the best left sides of an offensive line in the NFL and have a punishing back in Hillis. Add some players on defense and you will be in a slugfest with them for 60 minutes

We win because I know the team is embarrassed about their home record...no way can they lose this game at home, if they do their in big trouble, and they dont want to deal with that kind of sh$# when it comes to us...we'll be on their *** bad.

They'll come out right, it will be in front of a weak crowd, but they'll be ready, we've been let down to much at home to expect any kind of homefield advantage, they will show up, because they have to...Its a must win because of 1 and 5 prior record....embarrassment is a good motivator.

Now if they do lose, I would say that sparano hasn't learned how to deal with the disadvantages that the stadium presents to a team.

If they lose it will not be because of the damn stadium.

    I expect us to win.

I'll admit that my favorite person to watch play the last few weeks in the NFL has been Peyton Hillis.

One of Clevelands biggest STRENGTHS will be straight up matched up against one of our biggest weaknesses. They have a great returner and our special teams, though improved, is not one of our strengths. That is my concern for this week.

Actually not as much of a truism as one would think, the Browns have the lowest KR avg in the NFL at 21 ypa and Cribbs is coming off of dislocating several toes.

Now what the Browns do well is start quickly, they outscore opponents in the first qtr then lose every qtr afterwards, if our O struggles and Hillis is beasting we could go down early.

I'll tell you this, If this team loses this game, with what has happened at home this year, iam holding Sparano personally responsible..however, I believe in this coach, and I would put money on this game..

The reason why I say that about the stadium, is because imo, if we lose, its because we were not properly motivated, or came out flat, or sparano has not taught them how to self motivate to play at a high level in that stadium..

Not sure if you've noticed, but we have had issues playing at home since this regime took over, and iam not just talking about wins and losses, iam talking about performance in general...

This is an absolute must win for Sparano...serious pressure imo.

I think we win (as well we should). But, I don't think it will be a cake walk by any means. They beat New Orleans and New England this year. And, they took the Jests into OT.

    Prediction: Miami 27, Cleveland 20

FWIW, Cribbs and a Dlinemen did not practice for them today, Cribbs would be a big loss for them but I'd doubt he is 100% back from dislocating his toes.

    My old fashioned opinion?
I hope Lebron James sticks around Cleveland to hang out in the Dogpound with a Ronnie Brown Jersey.

I believe that last Sunday we built up some confidence in running, in passing, and more confidence on D. MANY players stepped up, and that has a carry over effect, especially with the young guys. Also if I'm Marshall, after seeing what our "other WR's" did, I'm chomping at the bit to get back out there and explode.

If we control our TO's, I'll be very surprised if this is not a big win. As many of us thought/hoped or team does appear to be coming together in this second half of the season.

Oh for sure, its gang-tackle time. hope we repeat the effort we had on opening day vs BUF....gang tackle and spreed-flying around on the D side making plays. he is a loud. How Broncos traded him is crazy. Props to CLE for making the move.
