Wow Cleveland hasn't won in Miami in 40 years. I know the teams don't play each other too often but we should be able to keep that streak alive. Shut down Hillis and what else do they have? Not much. We need to stack the box....let our DB's play man to man coverage on their receivers. If you get ahead of Cleveland early they usually lay down.
That is my thought as well, I try to catch Brownies games and what strikes me about Hillis is for a big man he is more of a sweep or toss style of runner, he is much like Adrian Peterson in that sense, if we can string him out to the sidelines maybe we can corral ol Hoss? Dude is a load though, wow, Sean Smith is going to have his manhood tested on Sunday..
Who could forget the 10-7 epic in '04 between these 2 teams? lol, that was the last time Cleveland visited Miami.
Dolphins are 5-0 when Rushing for 100 or more yards. I'm thinking we need to stick to the run the rest of the way out. The defense can usually hold teams to low scores, even when they're on the field most of the time *cough* Chicago
you're forgetting the several year period when the browns jumped ship to baltimore and became the ravens.
''Miami’s defense tied for NFL lead with 80 negative-yardage plays, including 50 on runs.'' That factoid is so nice I just wanted to repeat it BigDog...not bad for a young unit....need to see them play misdirection better, gamble a little bit more when their on the ropes, and play the play action pass better during this 5 game stretch...There is some speed and talent on that side of the ball..can't wait for Odrick next year, If he can stay healthy, he's gonna be real good, I'am gonna look at him as our first round pick this year, and than look at our first round pick this year as our missing 2nd round pick this year.. Could anyone tell me if we happen to go 10 and 6, and being that would slot us somewhere between 20-32, would we have enough slots/points behind us for a team to think its worth the trade up with their 2nd?
