Brandon Marshall will be taking snaps under center, throwing fades to himself.

Early word is that BOTH Henne and Penny are done for the year. So we need to sign two QB's, unless we're just gonna run WC for the rest of the year.

The injury report on both sides of the ball is not looking good right now. A game on Thursday night could not come at a worse time for this injury riddled team. There is a reason that Thigpen was the third team QB on this team. While he offers more mobility then Henne and Pennington. Once a team has time to game plan for him. He has shown in the past that his play at QB is not as effective as when he comes off the bench. It looks like he will be the starter for the rest of the year. If the other players who were reported as injured also miss playing time. The Dolphins may be in for a very long second half of the season. Hopefully injury reports are not as bad as suspected. Otherwise I guess all we will have to look forward to is who the Dolphins take in the draft after the season.

It sounds like Henne may be done for the year. In that case the choice is obvious, lets see what Tyler has for a few games. Unless Henne is 100% Tyler offers the best chance at a win, and at this point we really ought to see if he can do it or not. I doubt it, but maybe we can pull a rabbit out of a hat and find a franchise QB.

We will have no shot at all to take Andrew Luck btw.

I really, really like Thiggy boyz. As soon as he came in the game our offense instantly became faster. It was a welcome change. I wish the two Chad's health but starting Thiggy won't hurt my feelings at all. Giving him play time is long over due.

Let Thigpen play the rest of the season (if Henne is done for the year that is), watch the offense still suck, then get rid of our OC who has a terrible 31 year track record, draft playmakers like Kyle Rudolph, Leonard Hankerson, Ryan Williams, Mark Ingram, etc, give the starting job back to Henne who now hopefully has a competent coaching staff, and playmakers, and some speed on this offense. That would be my plan.

As soon as he came in the game? You mean that lame duck of a near INT he threw to Bess? Anthony Fasano made Thigpen look damn good.

Ya, not bad for a guy who hasn't had a rep since the Carter Administration. Imagine what he could do if he was actually included in practice? I especially liked the naked bootleg for the 1st down and the little "ball on the hip" roll out. He is four steps faster and it showed in the offense. The backs were hitting the hole much faster. Detracting nothing from anyone else, I like Thiggy.

Start Thigpen on the short week. See if he has what it takes to be the starter the rest of the season.

Pennington is done for his career. Depending on how the rest of the season plays out, Henne and Thigpen will be battling for the starting job the rest of the year.

If Henne is out the rest of this year, I would like the Dolphins to bring in Garcia for a backup.

Dolphins will draft another QB next year... how high will depend on how good Thigpen looks.

Henne still has the tools, but the camera crew tonight showed various Dolphins getting frustrated with Henne. Fasano, Marshall, and Hartline each showed their frustration with Henne's ball placement at different times. He's lost their confidence.
